Once I contacted Columbus Glass Block, it seems as though a salesman had returned my call and scheduled an appointment in no time. After a short visit and a few questions, I had my Glass Block windows on order with 50% down. Within a few days my glass block windows were installed. It took the installer almost no time at all to get the work completed. Most of the work was done outside, so there was almost no mess to fuss with. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Sales rep (John) was very nice and professional. I received a quote onsite. Installation was perfect. I have an old house in Clintonville, so they had to deal with removing old wood frames and installing a new brick base for the windows. One installer (Felix) came out and installed 6 windows in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them for any work that they perform.

worked with installer Josh. he worked quickly and neatly, he left all areas cleaner than when he came. He did an excellent job on the mortar finish. it looks great. he even pointed out a few problems he found with the house unrelated to the window installation (we just moved in). I would recommend Columbus Glass Block to anybody I know.

John Carter was professional & freindly. The install was for a outside wall, he noticed that a senior lived in my home. My mother in law is 86 yrs old and being this time of year living in Ohio the weather changes quickly. lHe was able to have the block installed sooner then the 7-10 days. He placed the order on Thursday November 12, 2009 and the block was installed on Monday November 15, 2009. Thanks John! Also Josh who installed the block was freindly, professional.

Nothing but positive. Came on time. Did the job in allotted time. Cleaned up. Installer was personable and professional.

The salesman was great, prompt and friendly. The installation was not so great. Installer came with a step ladder - I had to provide an 8 ft. ladder. Did not remove his shoes and tracked dirt and snow into my home and did not clean up the work site after install.
