The initial removal and replacement of my bathroom went as planned. The installers worked quickly and professionally to get the job done right. About 18 months after the window was installed a crack mysteriously appeared in the exterior glass pane of the window. I contacted Rachel and explained what had happened not expecting much of anything. But to my surprise she said they would cover the replacement under warranty, no charge. What a relief! I really appreciate the courtesy that they provided to me. When the time comes to replace the rest of my home's windows I will definitely get in touch with Innovative Building Solutions. Thanks

They put in a shower fan and light fixture as well as the tiles and they had to go through the attic to install. My first impression was very good, very competent. The person that came out to take a look, it was very hard to repair the problem we had, he was very good. The company that put in our shower is not in business anymore so we cross referenced them with this company. So far it seems to be ok, we have not tested the shower yet, we have to seal our grout, but so far we are very pleased with the exhaust fan.
