Scheduler and the two movers were all very cordial and easy to deal with. The movers placed furniture close to where told and were careful while moving it. Took them less than half an hour, but charged $240 for 1st hour which was their minimum. I knew this in advance, but since our flooring company had recommended them, went ahead. Would advise others to get estimates from at least two companies before choosing a mover. A bigger job than ours might make this company's pricing more competitive.

It went fine, overall. The workers were kind and very hardworking, the price was about 30% below other estimates. However, there was damage to my dining room cabinet, various scratches on other wood furniture and an expensive lamp was shattered. I've had several cross country moves and one can expect the occasional minor mishap - but a move down the street...? Unfortunately, I'm not sure I could recommend them. That's disappointing since it's a family business with great people.

It is always good. I used them numerous times and they are always great! A lot of interior decorates used their services. So, they are good at what they do.

We ordered furniture and they were the ones that were chosen to deliver the furniture. They were great.

The movers were very respectful of both the house and our possessions. There was no damage or lost items. I would highly recommend this company.

I have never seen a moving company take so much care on a move. Every piece of furniture was totally wrapped in moving blankets before being placed on the truck. By wrapped, I mean moving blankets sealed with tape. Upon arrival at the new location, they padded the door frame to minimize bumping. The wrapping took a bit more time than other moves we have seen with these contents, but everything was delivered in perfect condition. Not one scratch or dent. They even helped reassemble the bed with the attached bed rail. They are a bit more expensive than others, due to the extra time needed, but the care they took more than made up for it. An outstanding job.

It went great! I have no complaints whatsoever. They called 30 minutes before the arranged time. They were highly punctual. They treated each antique with the utmost care and respect. Each task I described to them, they understood immediately, and carried out to perfection. They have a flat rate of $100 for the first hour, but they accomplished our moving before that. They asked again and again if I had anything else, so I was able to get help with our winter storage units and dis-assembling our office unit.

Columbus Easy Move said they could move materials from our home to a semi in 4-5 hours with 3 guys at $40 per man. The total cost should've been $600 and they also said they'd provide boxes. We paid $500 that night and spoke with Brian, the owner, and he wanted to call us the following Tuesday to settle things. Our phone number has remained the same and he never called. As time went we received a letter from Trans World Collection Agency showing an amount due of $1279.99. Most of the materials were dented, chipped, stained or damaged in some form or another. They didn't protect the items well enough. I even saw them throwing things in the truck. Brian, the owner, assured us all our belongings would fit in one semi knowing the dimensions of the semi and they did not. Many things remained and required an additional semi so we had twice the cost estimated at near $6,000 as well as twice the labor to unload both semis. This experience was a complete nightmare.

WE USED THIS COMPANY WHEN WE MOVED 3 YEARS AGO, AND THOUGHT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE HAD CHOSEN THEM AT THE TIME BECAUSE THEY HAD THE LOWEST ESTIMATE. WE CALLED THEM FOR THIS MOVE, AND THEIR ESTIMATE WAS $500 TO $1000 MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE. WE CHOSE ANOTHER MOVER.

TOP-NOTCH PROFESSIONALISM ALL THE WAY! WITH BOOKS EVERY BOX IS HEAVY, BUT THE CREW WAS FRIENDLY THOUGHOUT THE MOVE. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED, EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT. WE'RE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. BUT DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT. A WORKMAN WHO AT THE SITE WE WERE MOVING OUT OF WATCHED THE CREW AT WORK AND LATER COMMENTED, ''THEY WERE INCREDIBLE!''

THEY MARKED UP OUR WALLS AND WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY FORCED A COUCH INTO A ROOM WHICH CAUSED SCRAPES AND DENTS IN OUR TRIM WORK. THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED IF WE WANTED THE COUCH FORCED INTO THE ROOM RATHER THAN JUST DOING IT. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAD USED THEM. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE THE SAME AS THE LAST TIME. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT THEY RAISED THEIR PRICES BY $10/HR FOR EACH MOVER. THAT WAS A $150 MISTAKE. I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THEM KNOWING THIS INFORMATION. THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR ERROR ON THIS MATTER. THEY BASICALLY LIED TO ME.

SEVERAL FURNITURE PIECES WERE DAMAGED. MY FURNITURE WAS TREATED IN A CARELESS WAY. WHEN I POINTED OUT THE DAMAGES TO MY VERY HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE, THE CREW LEADER TRIED TO REPAIR IT WITH A WOOD MARKER, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. PERSON WHO WAS TO REPAIR FURNITURE NEVER CALLED. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE NON-RESPONSIVENESS OF 'THEIR' FURNITURE PERSON, I WAS TOLD THAT WORKING WITH ANYBODY ELSE WOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE INSURANCE AND A $500 DEDUCTIBLE WOULD APPLY.

IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THEY DID A LOT OF BANGING AND SCUFFING AT THE OLD HOUSE AND AT THE NEW HOUSE. I SMELLED ALCOHOL ON ONE OF THE GUYS AND ANOTHER WAS IN THE BATHROOM FOR 10 MINUTES, AND WE DIDN'T HEAR ANY FLUSH. THE OWNER HAD COME THROUGH FOR THE ESTIMATE TO COME UP WITH A NUMBER OF PADS NEEDED, BUT THE CREW RAN OUT, SO WE HAD TO USE OUR OWN BLANKETS. THEY ALSO DIDN'T LOAD EVERYTHING IN THE MOST EFFICIENT MANNER, AND IT SEEMED AS THOUGH THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE IT SO THEY WOULD HAVE TO MAKE A SECOND TRIP. WE TOLD THEM WE WOULD TAKE IT OURSELVES, IT WASN'T NECESSARY TO MAKE TWO TRIPS, AND THEY DIDN'T LIKE THAT. IT SEEMED AS THOUGH THEY WERE REALLY TAKING THEIR TIME, SO AS TO CHARGE US MORE, AND THEN WHEN THE CREW WAS SUSPICIOUS THAT I MAY HAVE CALLED THE OWNER, THEY PICKED UP THE PACE FOR AN HOUR OR SO, BUT FROM THEN ON, THERE WERE PROBLEMS. AFTER THE MOVE, WE FOUND A WHOLE BOX OF DISNEY TAPES MISSI

THE MOVING TEAM WAS QUICK, THEY TOOK GREAT CARE WITH OUR ITEMS AND I SEE NO DAMAGE ON ANYTHING. THEY WERE THE MOST AFFORDABLE COMPANY THAT I CALLED. THE OWNER BRIAN WAS GREAT ABOUT BRINGING BOXES OUT TO OUR HOUSE AS WE NEEDED THEM.

THEY WERE TIMELY, COMMUNICATIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL. I ENJOYED WORKING WITH THE ENTIRE TEAM FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE MOVERS. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED WITH DOING A GREAT JOB AND KEEPING US SATISFIED.

THE DAY WE CALLED THEY WERE HERE WITHIN AN HOUR.

THREE MEN ARRIVED - LEAD PERSON WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND RESPECTFUL. MY ESTIMATE WAS FOR 6 HOURS WITH 2 MEN BUT THE MOVE ONLY TOOK 3 HOURS WHICH WAS LARGELY DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL OF ONE MAN. I SAVED ON THE INITIAL ESTIMATE. ALL WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, BUSY THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE MOVE. THEY EVEN ASKED IF I WANTED THEM TO HELP MOVING THINGS AROUND ONCE EVERYTHING WAS IN THE NEW HOUSE AND AFTER I HAD INITIALLY TOLD THEM WHAT ROOM TO PUT THE ITEMS IN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE AND PRICE!

WE TALKED TO THEM TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT, AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR DIDN'T CALL FOR THE APPOINTMENT.

WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE THE FINAL BILL WAS $100 LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE! EVEN MORE, BRIAN, WHO DID OUR ESTIMATE, ARRIVED THE MORNING OF THE MOVE TO CHECK ON THE WORKERS AND OUR SATISFACTION. ONE OF THE TWO TRUCKS WAS DELAYED FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE BUT THEY PROMPTLY OVERCAME IT. THEY WERE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE BUT THEY WERE WORTH IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

WE CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE THEM. SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS HAVE USED THEM WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE. EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICING. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

VERY RUDE TO US AND ALSO QUOTED A HIGH RATE FOR THE JOB.

THE MOVE TOOK QUITE A BIT LONGER THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTED BY PHONE, BUT THE TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED TIRELESSLY FOR NEARLY NINE HOURS. THEY TOOK ONLY TWO BREAKS THE ENTIRE DAY - POLITELY ASKING MY PERMISSION BEFOREHAND AND TAKING NO MORE THAN A COUPLE OF MINUTES AWAY FROM THE TASK AT HAND. I HAD NUMEROUS PIECES OF HEAVY, AWKWARD FURNITURE THAT PROVED VERY DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER, BUT I NEVER HEARD ONE WORD OF PROFANITY OR COMPLAINT OUT OF ANY OF THEM. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT, YET VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR BELONGINGS - I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS, AS THEY ARE EASILY THE MOST HARD WORKING, PROFESSIONAL MOVERS I''VE EVER USED.
