Description of Work: I used this service to clean my house weekly for ~2 years. Over the time, the quality of the cleaning and service deteriorated. They did not remove items on kitchen counters and one week didn't even clean shower fully (left soap scum). I had already complained once earlier about similar problems. They are expensive too. When I called to complain the owner stated she did not receive the call though I know it went through. I cannot recommend them at all.

+ -1 moreMy regular cleaners were unavailable, so I contacted this company. They answered my emails promptly and showed up on time. That being said, the woman I dealt with, Amy, was less than friendly. They did a good job, even though it was at the very top of their price estimate. I probably would not use them again as we have had our rental properties cleaned after tenants left for much less.
Description of Work: Cleaning of my house upon moving out.
