After allegedly taking measurements of existing awnings, and after taking my deposit for $1,146.42 they made awnings that did not fit when they came to install them. The awnings were short in length. The company said they would try to fix so I gave them a second chance providing the awnings would not be "patched" and was assured that there would be no patching. When they returned it appeared that some patching had been done because there was no way to add inches without doing so. One awning still did not fit, which they took away. When they returned with the supposedly fixed awning, it was badly patched and totally unacceptable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, cancelled the order, requested return of my deposit, and return of my old awnings, I was rudely hung up on the telephone, 3 times, after they reluctantly agreed to refund my deposit and old awnings which has not yet occurred. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company
