+ -1 moreOverall, it’s dissatisfying because I am going to have to pay extra for all of these extra jobs, when all of these parts in reality, are part of the furnace. I thought I could trust this service!
Description of Work: I am having trouble with the furnace and they said that the humidifier, air cleaner and the heat pump, all associated with the furnace isn’t covered. One can’t work without the other, so how is the furnace the only thing covered in the plan? They told me that it would be extra to get other things done.
