 + -1 moreVICKY MORELLO DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF GETTING MY FINANCING PUSHED THROUGH IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF MY CONTRACT WITH HUD. COLONY SPECIALIZES IN FINANCING HUD HOMES, AND ARE WELL VERSED ON THE LOOPS THAT ARE EXPECTED WHEN PURCHASING ONE.
Description of Work: 203(K) LOAN ON A HUD HOME WAS PULLED TOGETHER IN EIGHT BUSINESS DAYS AFTER MY PREVIOUS LENDER DECIDED NOT TO FINANCE THE HOUSE AT THE LAST MINUTE.

 + -1 moreINITIAL CONTACT WITH MORTGAGE REP WAS VERY POSITIVE. AS THE MORTGAGE PROCESS WENT ON AND IT CAME TIME TO CLOSE, ALL OF A SUDDEN WE WERE JUST A NUMBER. NO ONE FROM THE MORTGAGE COMPANY SHOWED UP TO CLOSING. SPECIAL LOAN RIDER WAS ADDED TO LOAN, BUT NONE OF THE PAPERWORK WAS COMPLETED FOR CLOSING.
