+ -1 moreTOM AILABOUNI AT COLONIAL MORTGAGE IS THE BEST LOAN OFFICER WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. BY COMPARISON TO OTHER LOAN OFFICERS, HE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT TRYING TO SAVE US MONEY ON OUR LOAN. WE ALSO FELT THAT HE WAS ON OUR SIDE DURING THE CLOSING- ESPECIALLY WHEN THE TITLE COMPANY HAD MADE A MISTAKE ON OUR NAMES. RATHER THAN HAVING US DEAL WITH IT (WHICH WOULD HAVE COST US MORE MONEY), TOM INSISTED THAT THEY FIX IT AT THAT TIME. WE HAVE NO RESERVATIONS ABOUT RECOMMENDING TOM TO ANYONE AND WE WOULD GLADLY DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN.
