Collins Paving

See above. This company lacks professionalism. They can not deliver on time. They can not deliver on accuracy. They can't back-up their estimates. They are unreliable and should not be considered by any consumer.

It didn't go well. :-( I called several companies for an estimate on a small residential driveway repair. Most said they didn't do that kind of work. However, I got a positive response from Collins paving. On 9/20/2014 I met Gary Greene of Collins Paving, who look at the job and said they could and would do it. However, he wanted his boss to look it over and give his advice before providing an estimate. He said he'd be in touch. I called a few weeks later, and was told they were very busy. He wanted to do the job, and they'd be in touch soon. I called a few weeks after that and got the same story. Busy now -- would be in touch soon. I called on 1/19/2015 (can't be busy in the winter -- right?). Was told they had shut down for the winter. I could expect a call in late April/May. I called 5/6/2015. Gary promised to talk to his boss in a sales meeting the next day and to get back to me with the answer. I did not get a return call. I called on 5/12/2015. Gary said his boss said they would do the job, and that he wanted to see it. I gave Gary my contact info to pass to his boss. Gary said his boss would be in touch in a day or two. As of 5/22/2015 I have still not gotten any response, which is prompting me to write the review.
