 + -1 moreThe first person bought the house. I just think they are a very professional service. He kind of went above and beyond what a realtor would do. I thought he was very personable. He wasn't overbearing at all. But he was also to the point of what we had to get done and he helped steer and guide us. There is a lot in real estate that's difficult to understand and he was able to simplify it for us. I would recommend him over and over again. He was very good with communication, like he got back quick with us. The things you really want in a provider, he had all of those. He was great. His name is Pat Belcher.
Description of Work: He helped us get ready, kind of tell us what we needed for the showing. He helped sell our house.

 + -1 moreTERRIBLE - Refer to answer above. A very frustrating experience. In the end, it was her SELLER who got hurt as I was able to shop a very open Buyer's market and recover just fine. It was most unfortunate that I had to encounter Kristi Blair in the process. I have my doubts about the integrity of the Broker - King Thompson - because they obviously support her tactics.
Description of Work: This agent is extremely unprofessional. Her knowledge of the residential real estate process is minimal, at best. She struggled to get a contract properly executed, then failed to follow through to closing --- this resulted in her Seller losing a viable contract and the property, taken off the market, had to be relisted 60+ days later. Not only is she unprofessional, she is unethical --- dodging questions pertaining to the transaction and maneuvering in such a way to protect her interest before that of her client(s). DO NOT USE HER and be extremely careful/hesitant is she is representing the other party in a transaction in which you may be involved.
