Description of Work: Paul and son fixed our kitchen faucet (which was a mess), bathroom faucet and basement toilet. They were efficient, thorough and completely professional. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: My trusted plumber, Gary Evans with Heinmiller Plumbing, was out for medical leave. He suggested Cold Iron so after checking the BBB and Angie's List as recommended, I called ColdIron to attempt to solve a problem with a leaky hot water heater that was less than 10 yrs. old. Robert started out with the ''good news'' and gave suggestions for solving the problem myself. We left it at that with the eventual possibility that I'd call back for additional service if the leak did not resolve. I got him on the phone directly! No answering machine, and he gave me a ball park estimate on fixing the problem if what I tried didn't work. Also suggested how the problem may have started to begin with.
