I have used this service for over a year, and at first the service was very good, however the past 2 visits the service received was rushed and not done well. There were several main areas that were not cleaned as well as they should have been and when I contacted the owner she just stated they would " Spend more time next time" I will never used their service again, and will look for another company that takes more pride in the work they do for customers.

Did a good job, rug and carpet were much improved.

They!re fantastic. They power cleaned the common areas and bed rooms and kitchen. They come with their own equipment and cleaners , though they did ask if I had preferences for different products. We had a deadline to meet. They worked with me like we've been working together for years. They really know what they're doing. I'm having them back for another project in two weeks. I booked a 5 hour job. Would book them for the whole day next time.

I wasn't so impressed with them. They didn't seem to me to be very thorough and I didn't always think that they had the appropriate cleaning products or things that they needed in order to clean things. Sometimes they had small spaces that they needed to get cleaned and it would have been nice if they had one of those things that can compress between the small spaces and you can pull it out and then pull the dust off. So I didn't think they had the right tools in order to do certain things that I thought they should have done if somebody is coming in to clean your house. The workers were very pleasant and very nice. They seemed to be on time.

A perfect job both times. Got here on time and worked really hard. My place looked absolutely perfect! Heather was very professional and pleasant. A joy to work with. I would recommend Cleaning Force to anyone who wants the best job possible.

There just not here very long so they miss some stuff.

When I originally talked to her on the phone, I let her know I needed a deep cleaning, which she assured me was included. Once she got to my house, she told me certain things weren't included and would be extra.Not only was the cleaning job was done horribly, I was charged twice for two completely different amounts, one on Paypal and the other on my credit card. I had to redo everything so this didn't help me at all. The problem was resolved in the end.

I am very disappointed with this service. Where to start? There were two workers - one upstairs and one downstairs. The one downstairs was being supervised by my mother, and apparently she worked the entire time. She did a good job cleaning cabinets, refrigerator/freezer, and did a quick mop of the floor. I had hoped she would wipe down walls as requested, but perhaps did not have time. I have to mop the floor again because it was a very quick job. I don't know what the worker upstairs was doing for 3.5 hours. The worker was unsupervised. I can see that the bathtub was cleaned, however there is still quite a bit of scum on the base. The sinks were washed, but the faucets were glossed over quickly. I can tell by the streaks that were left behind. The floor was not cleaned at all. The walls were not cleaned as requested, or so it seems because I had to go over it myself. Nothing else was done upstairs. I had asked the wood floors upstairs to be swept and mopped. I had already swept them myself, and the broom and dustpan were exactly as I had left them. They definitely were not mopped. What is most unusual is that normally one can smell the cleaning solutions that were used. If fact, two days later I can still smell the cleaning solutions used in the kitchen. However, I did not get EVEN A WHIFF of cleaning solution upstairs, so based on this and my observations, it was a slow, poor, unsupervised job. The cleaners arrived at 9:41. I know this because my mother texted me the moment they arrived. However, the admin person (who was not on location) was adamant that they started at 9:30 and would leave at 1:00 sharp. It was a back-and-forth affair until she finally conceded that they started at 9:40. By 10:30 the admin was already telling me they would not be able to finish the items on my list, and were angling for me to give them more work. I wonder if they clean slowly so that you have to re-hire them? To have to fight for the 10 minutes, and then to come home to a sub-standard cleaning, especially upstairs where there was not a hint of cleaning solution used, was very disappointing. I could have and should have hired someone else for this job, since I still have to redo some of the work. What a waste of money. I wish I could get a refund. This "deal" was no deal at all.

It was OK. We did have to call the company to send someone back out because the first person did not stay and work for the entire duration of the deal. We had two bleach spots from the cleaner - one on carpet that we were replacing with hardwood anyway, but more concerning - we had bleach spots on our expensive leather couch that was brand new.That was discouraging.

We've never had a cleaning person before and this was a great first experience!!!

It went very well. I was a bit surprised to see only one cleaning person show up; she was a little bit late, but later indicated she'd never been to my city before. The Big Deal was for 4 hours, although I didn't really expect the work I requested to take quite that long. The girl was very accommodating to my request, and dug right in. (I'd basically cleared it with the company prior, since the Big Deal was for a deep cleaning (e.g., mopping, vacuuming, removing trash, etc. etc.). She was a very good worker, very nice, and did a really nice job for us. We would definitely have her back again to do a deep cleaning! The owner followed up a day later and asked how things went, if I was pleased,....etc. I told her I was very pleased and would definitely use them again!!

They arrived punctually and worked very hard for the entire time they were here. Some of the tasks hadn't been performed for several years, and they really got the job done. Very pleased with the work ethic.

Things went well. They workers were good. They were very polite and went right to work. I showed them what I wanted done and they did it. They were a little late. They were supposed to come between 11:30-12:00 and showed up at 12:30.

Cleaning Force has been great! I interviewed Julia just before Christmas. We had a flood last Spring Break with 2 floors and a basement - nearly half of our house was damaged. With all the construction work, there was a lot of dust and areas that had been neglected for months. In fact, I am still trying to get all of it cleaned up and put away. With that in mind, I decided to do an initial deep clean. I was able to have that scheduled on the Monday before Christmas even on short notice. My house looked fabulous! I am now getting a weekly clean scheduled for Mondays. I get a text and email reminder on Fridays with the estimated time of arrival. That is one of the best things you can get when you are a busy person like me! I work at home most of the time and the cleaners that come always ask if I need anything special this time or if anything was missed. They even change the bed linens if I leave them out. Based on the first two months, I am looking forward to a long relationship with this company and especially a clean house!

Julia was very helpful--squeezed us in as first time customers around the holidays! Very personable. Prices were reasonable and we were happy with the results! would trust to come in and out of our home with ease.

It went very well. Cleaning Force was very careful to find out exactly what I needed to have done and verify that they understood it. They also explained how they clean etc. We're out quite a way and the person cleaning was having a hard time finding the house. I was notified of this immediately which was nice and she did find us. The cleaning was very systematic and very thorough and the women who cleaned was very pleasant. Cleaning Force then followed up at the end of the day to ensure that I had a successful experience which I did. I was very impressed with the whole customer service experience.

Rachel arrived promptly. We were concerned that she was alone but she worked diligently all day, top to bottom. Very professional and friendly. No complaints.

It went great! From the initial call to the final vacuuming, Cleaning Force did a great job! Due to health issues and a busy schedule, my apartment has been suffering from a bit of neglect. So I called around to a few companies from Angie's List and even interviewed one of them. When I spoke with Julia, she was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. When the employee arrived, I was late getting home but she patiently waited the five minutes until I arrived. As soon as I invited her in and showed her around, she went right to work! She scrubbed, mopped, dusted and vacuumed every room to a shine! Such a friendly personality and very efficient worker. I am already planning to have them back again next month.

It went very well ... she even cleaned a room which I don't very often go into ... it was great!

This is a very good house cleaning service. Julia the owner is very good at working with me and doing what she is asked.

We told them to focus on Kitchen and bathrooms and get them clean before even touching anything else. The fridge was still dirty, they did not touch the oven (which was listed on deep cleaning description), the panty wasn't touched (floor), the cupboard where not cleaned (everything was empty), the bathrooms were disgusting. They left dog hair in the kids bathroom, it would drain and instead of wiping it out they just left it. I complained and they did come back the next day but I'm not sure what they did. The one lady left early (understand family emergencies happen),she left the other cleaner there with no phone and no ride. They should have scheduled to finish the work before they left. I said everything was good because I just got home from work, had some errands I had to run and I didn't get a chance to look around.

He was very professional and did a nice job cleaning a chair and carpeting; however, he cleaned a second chair and it stained. I called him and he said that he would call and try to clean it again when he was in area. I called him back but never heard from him. It's been a year.

Both my husband and myself are extremely happy. Also the business owner and her partner were both business oriented and just got to work. We have hired them to return next month for a shorter visit.
