Excellent. I initially called because my water heater failed to ignite (2yr old heater installed by others). However, two days after making the appointment the water heater ignited fine and continues to work fine. I kept the appointment because it needed descaled. The service call went good and as expected. The technician was a very nice professional young man who was a pleasure to work with.

It was a pleasure fnding a tech who knew what he was doing.

Everything went as expected. There were no issues with the air conditioner. Marvin did a nice job explaining the inspection process, and explaining the recommended Iwave filtration technology. We appreciate ongoing support from CJS.

I am a happy customer with CJS for about 3 years now. They are professional, punctual (their technicians call ahead of time and you will get an email on who is arriving) , dependable and reachable. Their front office staff is very personable and efficient. Their technicians Brenton, Mike and Yousef have been wonderful and efficient. We replaced our AC unit last month and the process has been very smooth. Project Manager Joe did a wonderful job explaining options to us. Ola and Laxman did a fabulous job installing and were very careful with our flooring. We have taken club membership from them which gives us 2 free tune ups a year. We have only had one minor negative feedback for an employee but CJS handled it very professionally and ensured that their customer is happy. I really appreciate them working on it which shows they really care.

Installation went pretty well. They left some items in the yard which ultimately killed the grass, but it did/will grow back. Furnace inspection is free, but I asked for for an 8:30, they showed up at 11:45, no call or apology for being late. Nothing. Kind of a bummer there. But a good company for the most part.

Andrew diagnosed a board failure, and also determined that our furnace was unsafe to operate - not a surprise given the facts that it's 25 years old, and is installed in a damp crawlspace. We made arrangements with CJS to replace our furnace and our failed AC.

My heater started leaking and I contacted CJ’s at almost 9pm. The next morning I had someone here by 930 and the water heater was replaced by 130

Was scheduled to have a quote to replace water heater. Was given a window of 10:30am-12:30pm. Heard from no one. Called and cancelled. Decided to move on.

Called them for furnace maintenance, tech was great, seemed to do a good job. Price was fair. My disappointment came when trying to have them do additional work for me. Looking to get an air purification system installed and an upgrade to my whole house humidifier. Found out that their pricing on the air purifier was twice of what many others charge. They were also high on the humidifier. Called to try to negotiate, even questioned if they would install the purification unit if I purchased the hardware from Amazon (at a 3rd of their cost). Customer service agent, not very helpful, didn't really want to hear me out, said she would call me back, has not. It is really too bad! going to have to go with someone else to do the work. Be aware of the massive over charging for add-on items like this! Just got off the phone with them, apparently they feel charging $900 to install a $328 unit with 3 wires is acceptable. Do not let these guys rip you off!!!

Received a timely response from CJS to my Angie's list request for a price quote. Was able to schedule service call within a week. Technician was prompt and professional. The technician did a visual inspection of the inside an outdoor units and the temperature settings for heat and cold. He also attached a meter which I was told provided a reading of the freon pressures. This was about all of the work which I saw performed in during the visit. From the start, the technician was more focused on the age of my system and concluded from this brief evaluation that I needed to replace my heat pump and furnace. What concerns me with the quality of this service call is that the system is working well, providing heat, and we have not noticed any problems. This was just supposed to be preventive maintenance and check up.

Was told that they were only servicing calls that were for units older than 10 years (all other calls had a 1 week waiting delay). When I objected indicating that that meant that they seem to be only interested in calls that were going to entail the entire replacement of a unit (in other words, maximum profit calls) the operator rambled about having to belong to the company "club" in order to get expedited service, etc.

For a basic, annual tune-up, the tech didn't attempt to clean leaves, debris out of outside unit, and didn't mention it to me. I discovered later that it hadn't been done. After I called, they did send someone out the very next day to do it. They kept pushing their service plan -- I probably heard about it a dozen times.

Had the tech come out and he told us unit couldn’t be fixed as parts needed couldn’t be ordered since company didn’t make them anymore (older model). Ended up getting fixed by another company later that day.

During a semi-annual maintenance visit for our A/C, the technician observed that our water heater had signs of corrosion and explained that if our water heater were to burst, it would flood our basement. CJS is licensed to install water heaters, so I hired them to replace ours since they did such a nice job last summer replacing our A/C. The crew showed up on time, explained what was going to happen, and got to it. They were in and out in four hours, and now we have plenty of hot water whenever we need it.

We could not have been more pleased with the honesty, integrity, communication and service that Justin provided. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly and was a great ambassador for the company. We would highly recommend them and will be using them going forward for all of our HVAC needs.
