Everything went alright with the deal. I had them come out and give an estimate on our A/C unit to get more Freon. We decided to purchase a new unit. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional to work with.

I called while I was at work to schedule an appointment. I was shocked when I was told they could be at my house within a few hours. I explained that our fan motor was humming but the blades on the unit were not moving and she said they would be out about 3 to look at it. well the tech was running late (good thing because we had lost power because of a storm) they called and by time ( about 2 hours) the tech arrived we had power back. The tech was very professional and friendly and wentt to work right away and had the air conditioner blowing cold air in a few minutes. After I got home and my son gave me the bill i noticed that we had not gotten the angie's list pricing. I called the office the next day and the bill was corrected without any problems. I was amazed that on a hot June day you could actually get someone to work on your air conditioner the same day you call them.

For the most part, I had great service from Swiss Air. The repair man, Joe, offered to try to fix the AC instead of installing a whole new system if that's the step I wanted to take, but knowing that my system was almost 25 years old, and we were only going to have more problems, I opted to replace it. They were prompt and courteous and the installation went smoothly. My only issue with the company was in the follow up. Apparently because of the installation of a new system, I need to have it inspected by the city. They assured me that they would get it arranged during the time that I could be home. I took 3 hours off of work to wait at home for the city to come and inspect, and the inspector did not show. When I called the City, I was informed that the appointment was never made. It turns out that apparently the email was sent to the wrong address and no one from Swiss Air followed up to confirm that the City had received the inspection request. I sent an email to Swiss Air expressing my disappointment and explaining that their screw up cost me valuable billable time at work, and also made it so that I would have to take additional time off work, also losing billable hours. To date, I have not received a follow up phone call or email fro Swiss Air to apologize for wasting my time. This is a disappointment, especially because I opted to purchase a 10 year "top of the line" service plan from them.

They were very responsive. They gave an estimate and the cost of the replacement matched their estimate. They had a pretty flexible payment schedule and overall, their workers were very competent. The only problem we had was initially they made a mistake doing the estimate.

Sales rep arrived on time for appointment. Instead of checking the equipment I wanted replaced, he wanted to sit down & go over questions. Some were pertinent to the estimate (age of home, square footage), others not so much (price range, financing). When he finally looked at my air handler, he wanted to open it to see the heat strips. I'd already had several estimates & at no time did the rep need to view the heat strips. His explanation was he didn't want to sell me something that wouldn't pass inspection or that was over capacity for the wiring. After viewing the equipment, I expected an estimate but before even telling me the brands or pricing, he wanted to go over the 7 guarantees and insisted I initial each one he went over. I asked for just the estimate but he said without me initialing the flyer (which was mine to keep) he couldn't go forward. So I received no estimate & wasted 45 minutes of my day. Incredibly frustrating.

If you look at the current sales brochure, what we got was the so-called "Gold" configuration. For our house that was a 2.5 Ton TX5600 AC and a 60K BTU F9MXE. We are very happy with this choice. We are also very happy with the excellent service provided by Dan, (initial service call), Kirk, (sales guy), Todd and Mike, (installers). Good price, great product,, and professional staff. One note: This configuration gets you the ECM motor. So combined with the efficiencies of the AC and furnace, you are elible for the full $500 total 25C federal energy tax credit. Win! However, I don't think the Tempstar Gold configuration will do the trick if you want full access to the built-in processor to do speed micro stepping. You'll have to go to the "Platinum" configuration for that. Nevertheless, the ECM we have gets us a $50 rebate, and it's more efficient and durable compared to a PSC motor.

Overall I rate this service call as a good experience, this firm is not dead set in convincing you to replace an HVAC, that still has more life in it. I suggest that any time you have your HVAC system repaired is to be upfront with the technician as to your current situation and be sure to ask questions as to alternatives to what they have proposed. Always be aware of the costs to replace versus making a repair. Our company leases this location and we plan on moving in the next three months, so a repair was the best alternative for us.

My heater would turn on for a few minutes then turn back off again. It would never reach the adjusted temp setting I had set it at. I called Swiss and scheduled and appt. they showed up right on time, the man was very professional. Great service overall.

Wonderful! Real fair price for both AC and heat. So accomadating on schedule. Susie in the office was super duper! I will never use anyone but Swiss Air ever!

The entire experience we have had with the Swiss Air staff has been excellent. From the initial sales meeting w/Kirk to the installation of our entirely new HVAC system (heat pump and air handler), the staff was prompt/on time, professional, courteous and friendly, thoughtful and respectful with every detail while in our home. The day of the install, both service / install technicians (Mike and Todd) were wonderful. They arrived on time and were nothing but professional, fun and friendly and completed the install in the time we were advised. They were very respectful of our property, both inside and out, and cleaned up all materials, etc. before leaving for the day. They took the time to answer any/all questions and provided instructions on the unit before leaving. We are very happy with the new system and service provided by all staff.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment to have my heating system serviced for winter. Scott came out and I received a call about a half hour in advance of his arrival, letting me know he was on the way. He was able to explain the system and extras installed including a humidifier and uv lamp. Scott also found a leak in one of the connecting pipes and was able to reseal the pipes for no extra charge. He checked all of the intake and exhaust pipes and gave me an idea of things to watch out for when temperatures drop.

My heat was not working and it was getting cold. I called in the morning, received an appointment for mid-day and the mechanic arrived early after a phone call asking if that would work. He knew exactly what the problem was and proceeded to fix it. I am signing up for their yearly maintenance. I was very impressed.

They did an outstanding job in checking everything. They made sure they put on protective footwear before entering my home, which is important to me. They were very professional and on every occasion they sent a perfectionist type of worker, who was organized and ready to work. If you want quality work, I highly recommend to call this company. I have had them out more than once and have always been satisfied.

E-mailed for service but had to make follow-up call, which was the only negative, but they were there in < 2 hours. Joe actually arrived 15-20 min. BEFORE the estimated arrival window. He had problem diagnosed and fixed on the spot with a price transparency quote that you rarely see. He was professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

I called them on the hottest day of the year. The day I called them they didn't charge me a super high fee. The knew exactly what was wrong with my AC. They fixed it and I had AC in less than 24 hours. The technicians that were sent out were outstanding. I have used them twice and each time I was sent a perfection just like me. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody who wants quality work.

I would definitely use Swiss Air for repair again. I did not go with them for the replacement for two reasons - they were proposing an external unit brand I had never heard of (Tempstar), and because the sales rep really wanted me to make a $4000 right on the spot, a few hours after I learned I needed to replace it. I ended up going with a company that took more time to assess my house's air flow, and was willing to let me make my decision when I was ready. And they offered a 14 SEER unit which seemed better for my house's size and air flow. The 13 and 16 SEER units Swiss Air suggested didn't seem to fit as well. But I have to say I was really impressed with their work guarantees they offered.

Swiss Air was very responsive. I spoke with the technician, Joe, over the phone before the appointment. He explained exactly what he would do and how much Swiss would charge based on the services required. He arrived early within the appointment time frame, was professional and made sure I had the documentation needed for services rendered. I would definitely recommend Swiss Heating and Air.

This copmany is great and I highly recommend them!! I called on Monday for service and was given an appointment for the next morning. Technician arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem was the motor in the a/c unit. He called and was able to get the part and return within an hour to install. Part was installed and system is running great! He asked how the a/c and furnance was working overall and I advised that upstairs was never really cool enough. After the repair he adjusted the vents on the piping in the basement so the airflow would force more air upstairs and checked the pressure and freon levels. I have lived here for 7 years and the place has never felt as cool up and downstairs as it does now! A quick fix that I cannot say enough about! Thank you!! I appreciated that they were willing to get the part right away and installed same day/same appointment rather than having the reschedule for another time. They will definitely get my business in the future.

Swiss Air helped me out and was great to work with. My house was on the market and I was not living there. An offer came and during the inspection found out the A/C unit wasn't working. Joe put a die pack and recharged the unit. I was hoping that was good to go but I had to have them come back to the house and replace the coil. They did all of this in a very timely manner and sent me receipts and faxed my agent the receipts that they needed to keep the offer going so I was able to sell my house.
