Swiss Heating & Air is one of the best home services company I've worked with. The process with them from start to finish was excellent. From scheduling the appointment to the timeliness in which they were able to visit our home and diagnose the issue, A+ all the way. The on-site technician did an superb job of explaining to me the options to remedy the HVAC issue. Everyone I came into contact with at the company was pleasant and friendly, an attribute that goes a long way when you unexpectedly have to deal with a pricey repair (due to our very hold HVAC system).

Tech was on time, courteous checked everything, performed a full check of A/C unit, gave me tips on how to keep everything running efficiently. Answered all questions I had. I will continue to use Swiss Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs.

My experience with Swiss Air was negative. My air conditioning unit was never diagnosed. I told the service man what needed to be done. He continually wanted to push other services on me and made me feel very uncomfortable when he asked a personal question. I feel that I overpaid for what work was done and that only consisted of him adding freon to my unit.

Everything went great. They got the job done quickly and prompt for the appointment. They were professional. One technician came out and it took about 1 hour total. They had to come a 2nd time since they had to get a part for the AC unit.

This was the second time I had used Swiss Heating and Air. He was able to explain what he was doing for me, gave helpful advice on my furnace and AC unit and really educated me during the appointment. They were able to fit me right in the same week I had called for an appointment.

Our air conditioner was working when the service tech left but we decided to replace both units because they were 30 years old. We used a different company for our new equipment. Swiss Air did not offer to give us a quote or apply our service charge toward a new unit. I feel that they should have offered give us and quote and apply our service charge for new equipment, so that was the only thing I would fault them on.

The scheduled went well. They were on time for the appointment and prompt which I appreciated. I was able to get a hold of someone and have someone come out the next day. Some companies I would have had to wait 3-4 days. They were two installers, one working on the unit outside and one working inside. They did a great job even in the aweful heat. They were finsihed with the job in about 3 hours. This was the first time I had used them and I would use them again.

They are great and wonderful. I had to call them one time on 4th of July weekend and they were out right away, they are very prompt. They are easy to deal with and I always get the same technician which is nice, he really knows our system. They give us suggestions of things to do for the future, but I don’t feel pressure to buy anything when they come out.

They left un-connected to the drain system since they said that was building code requirement, however I wanted it to be connected just in case of water discharge. They had to come back to my house on a separate visit to re-connect. I just wanted to make sure nothing came out on the basement floors. They did a good job. I have used them in the past. I would recommend them to others.

I bought a Big Deal for a diagnostic on our AC. It turned out that the problem was with the our electrical, not the air conditioner, so I needed an electrician instead. The service guy tried to sell me a service plan which I did not want. The diagnostic was limited to trouble shooting and was not a checkup on the AC. At least he was able to come right away so I could then try to get an electrician out to the house. Price is approximate.

Tech did a great job. Quickly identified issue. Took necessary steps to resolve.

I called, and they came out the SAME DAY! The technician quickly diagnosed that I had a bad capacitor, replaced it, and finished in 30 minutes! The discount I got with the service plan saved me almost $100.

Insulation material was blocking the air flow to the cooling coil, causing the line to freeze up. The technitian asked the AC unit to be turned off to allow the AC unit to defrost. H then came back the next day and corretly diagnose the problem, and quickly fixed it by removing the insulation material and an old filter that got stuck around the cooling coil. This took all about 10 minutes. For this, I was charged $130, which seemed a little steep. This was on top of the diagnostic fee.

Sales rep was punctual and professional. Meeting with sales rep went well. Scheduling with company for service went well. Installation team was punctual and professional. Installation went very well -not glitches or problems. Installation stayed on schedule and installers arrived & departed just as expected. Installation team was considerate to both inside of my house and my outside landscaping. Sales rep followed-up as expected. I felt I got a very nice, dependable system for a good price. Have been using the system for 1+ year now -no problems, no issues, new A/C system working as advertised. Would use this vendor again if needed.

Purchased Condo with Home Warranty and could not get fan to work continuously. Called Swiss Air on Monday. On Tuesday, they checked out the unit, confirmed that thermostat was not working with Home Warranty company and replaced thermostat.

Swiss Air quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the saddle valve. Humidifier now works properly

so far ok will wait to see what return visit produces

I have been using them for awhile. Everything has going fine. They do excellent work and are very honest.

They were fantastic. They were highly rated so I went with them. They were straight forward with their work. I would use them again.

They said there was a leak in my unit. They came and topped off my Freon after another company did not do the work efficiently. Swiss did a great job and I am very happy with them. I used an Angie’s List discount.

They have done a nice job for us. They have also come out for some repairs on our cooling system. They have always been honest with the repairs. Joe is very good about explaining the options about making the repairs or any other jobs that need to be done.

I paid a more than the big deals, because I needed to buy freon and a part for the unit, then I also joined their service membership. This includes a tune up 2 times a year on my a/c and furnace, service through out the year, inspections, etc., discounted rates on service calls if repairs are needed and parts. The technician who came out was Dan. He is very professional and very courteous, Dan even put the booties on when he came in my house! He is very knowledgeable as well. Dan had me go outside to even show me what was wrong and explained everything to me that he was going to do. He had all the parts on his truck that he needed. Dan got everything fixed very quickly. I am very pleased with his service. The initial call to the office, the lady on the phone was very personable and professional. She also made me feel like they weren't going to forget me, and were going to get to me right away. I called the office around 3:30pm and Dan was to my house at 6:30pm the same day!!!! After the air not working for 2 days and it was 90 degrees outside, they were a god send!
