I actually have a service contract with Swiss Air Heating and Cooling. They routinely do maintenance checks on my system and were very responsive when my heat was out a couple of years ago due to a faulty thermostat cable. I've been satisfied with my experience with this company.

It worked beautifully after that. |I pay $19.95 per month to have the assurance that if something breaks, I will not wait long before they send a service technician to my house. I get unlimited service calls and maintenance and, if something goes wrong w/ the AC or Furnace, they are there to fix it within an hour.It is very reassuring to me to have that security.

This year I was late, so they inspected the furnace system instead. This way I don't have a large bill at once, and I know my systems are in working order. There have been no major problems, so I'm not sure about costs for replacement, major repair, etc.

They did a great job and their ongoing service has been great too.

They provided me with the lowest bid for a high efficiency gas furnace. I also purchased an extended warranty. They took most of the day to install it, which one of my out-of-town relatives who is in the HVAC business tells me means that they did a quality and detail oriented job (in order to avoid any warranty claims). I have had no problems with the furnace since it was installed and my utility bills have gone down. I was extremely pleased with the result. My only criticism is that it took the salesperson several days to give me a written quote.

The company came out to inspect my furnace after Columbia Gas said the output had a carbon dioxide read that was to high. The gentleman shut my furnace off and told me I would need a new furnace and air conditioner. I had two other inspections the third company was very effiecient. Northland Heating and Cooling tested for carbon dioxide and actually went inside the unit and took pictures of the cracked heat exchange. My furnace was only putting out higher than normal levels and was not unsafe. The technician turned the furnace back on and a few days later another tech installed a carbon dioxide detector. I was displeased with having to pay for in improper inspection.

He called me and told me what was wrong. He told me that the igniter was the problem. He estimated the cost and they fixed the igniter. I have not had of any problems any problems since then.

I wish I could remember his name but the technician was punctual and came into the house with his shoes covered in order to not bring in dirt from the outside which is much appreciated. He took about an hour and went over everything thoroughly and showed exactly where the issues existed with the furnace. He did a safety inspection and tune up. Once again, the furnace is no longer sounding like a motorcycle running and I feel better about the safety of this old furnace. I would definitely give Swiss Air a call again and recommend them to others.

The tech was very pleasant and quick with his diagnosis. The part we needed was on his truck. He took time to make certain the furnace was not overheating. I am very pleased with the result!

Annual energy savings tune up. Cleaned furnace, started humidifier, and showed me how to remove, clean, and replace the electronic filter.

If I would have known the signs to look for when the thermostat batteries need changing I could have saved $100.00. Otherwise the technician performed the annual service furnace cleaning. It went well.

It actually went very well and better than I expected. We were not sure why our AC was not working, but the problem was identified and the part was replaced promptly.

I have had a service contract with them for 8 years. They have replaced both my ac and furnace. the ac had a defective compressor which was covered by the mfgr. They have been prompt when my old furnace died in the winter and have always been on time.

Provided prompt service and gave us options for how to repair.
