Consultation and explanation of different types of furnace and AC options was very informative. Was convinced to go with swiss air because of the price and professionalism of the person who came to give me the quote. Installation went well. My only complaint is they had to come back out to redo the pipe fittings with a colored sealant due to a change in city code.

Tech examined wiring and corrected hookup and loose wiring.

They did a fantastic job finding the leak and replacing both units. The service tech was quite knowledgeable and interesting. They have followed up well and I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a BIG Deal to have the HVAC system serviced, and within a day had been contacted by Susie to schedule. Shawn initially came out to service the air conditioning unit. He almost immediately discovered a problem within the system. Shawn put in the order for the part needing replaced and Susie called the next morning to let me know it was ready and that we could schedule as quickly as the next day. Shawn came back out, was early, and made the repair and got everything up and running. The air conditioning system is working perfectly now!

Swiss Air performed an Air Conditioning system tune-up for $69 through an Angie's List "Big Deal." To get the "Big Deal" I had to join their "Club Membership" at $19.95 per month for a minimum of 6-months. I was told by Swiss Air that if I didn't keep the membership for six months, I would be charged the full-amount for the system tune-up. When I cancel the service agreement 12/22/14, I will have paid about $190, not $69, for the system tune-up and "Club Membership." I'm upset because I might have found other "A-rated" providers who would have charged less at the time of the service to do just a system tune-up. In the future, I will avoid offers which include a service contract.

The provided arrived on time as scheduled, discovered the problem, and my air conditioner was working again within a half hour. The price was lower than I anticipated! I was very pleased.

Installers arrived on time and completed the installation. They walked me thorough the features and functions of the furnace. About two months later, the furnace was not working. I called Swiss Air on a Saturday and they came out for a service call that day. Ended up a controller board had gone bad. They replaced the controller board at no cost for either labor or parts. I am pleased with the service received.

I called many companies and all of them were giving me the run around or trying to charge me more money for a consultation visit "because they were too busy". When I called Swiss Air, they answered the phone promptly and got someone to be at my house in less than an hour, which was great since that was probably one of the hottest days so far that we had in Ohio this summer. The gentleman, I believe his name was Jim, came in and looked at the A/C unit. Within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and fixed it in about 20 minutes time. He replaced the dual capacitor,and I couldn't be happier. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he replace it, but he walked me step by step as to what he was doing. He was very honest, and it felt like he was trying to do what was best for me and not oversell stuff, etc. I would definitely be calling Swiss Air again for any issues I have with my A/C or Heating unit.

tech didnt even have pcp pipe to fix the unit, left a very hard to read service order and said he would rather re do everything rather than fix it! i request they send me a copy of the service report that we could read and to date i have received nothing!

It went well. They did a good job. They're very informative.

Came out quickly. Very friendly and knowledgable. Took 5 minutes to change the part. I expect all AC companies are similar, but it cost $300 to change a $25 part.

One day after moving into our condo, the AC started to fail/freeze up. I looked at Angie's list, called around, but Swiss Air was able to get out here the soonest (within 24-hours). Seth came out, did the diagnostic and advised me/us that the AC was low on freon - suggesting a leak. As the unit is 11-years old, he indicated that replacement would likely be needed w/in 2-years. As we just bought the place and expended a considerable amount of money already, we were not prepared for the costs of replacement. The alternative was to add a dye pack (to check for leaks) and sealant (to hopefully seal them). Seth was proactive, communicative, helpful, and professional. He also didn't mind me watching, as he worked, so I could understand what he was doing --- and, what we'd be paying for. Upon completion of service, the AC performed GREAT. A week later, it's still going strong. We also signed up for their maintenance plan (a good thing to have). It'll provide us with routine checkups/tune-ups, and offer us a discount on future service. Based on our experience, we will certainly use Swiss Air again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Quick as usual and they always to a good job and provide an through explanation of what they have done so I can understand. I will continue to use them in the future.

Swiss Heat & Air is wonderful! They were able to come out the next day (other companies were 3-4 days behind due to peak a/c season). Seth did a great job explaining the problem and how to fix it. Did not like the price but cheaper than a new unit. Will definitely use in the future!

The guy who came for the estimate was very friendly, informative and a little talkative. He was a bit of a salesman with his canned pitch, but tolerable. I got one other quote after this one - and the representative who provided the quote was very responsive when I contacted him with follow up questions. This quote beat the other in price and quality. I had responded to a limited time offer, so I'm not sure how their regular prices measure up. The 2 workmen showed up during the time frame given. They had boot covers and laid down a tarp over the floor between the front door and basement steps. They worked non-stop for the entire time they were here, taking no breaks. Not for food or restroom. They started about 9 am and were done before 2 pm. Much quicker than I had thought it would take. They totally cleaned up after themselves. You'd never tell they were here - BUT FOR the muddy foot prints left under the tarp. Overall, however, I cannot complain as they hallway quickly cleaned with a damp cloth. All other work has proven to be great. We have not run the A/C yet, but the furnace works great.

Great communication, great service, very punctual and honest about an issues we thought we had that turned out to be nothing. They do not sell you up stream. Thanks and would you again

He replaced it right away. They were able to come out within two days. He did a great job. They are just the best. We ended up renewing our warranty to cover anything else like this that might happen.

I was told the service man would arrive between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM and I requested that he call when he was on his way. The service man finally arrived at 8:10 PM, 40 minutes after the end of the two hour window when he was supposed to come. He never called to say he was going to be late and he did not call when he was on his way to our house as I requested. He did not apologize for being late when he arrived. Once he finally got to the house, he did a good job. He answered all my questions and fixed the issue quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional (besides not apologizing for being late) He wore foot protectors so he didn't track dirt through the house. If he had been on time I would have been very pleased overall.

Sevice provider was prompt and friendly. Answered all questions and provided a written assessment of a/c unit.

Knowledgable service tech. Replaced a capacitor that was going bad for $130. Called to ask if they could come early as they were running ahead of schedule.

I am have enrolled in the maintenance program, where Swiss Air comes out twice a year to check furnace & air condition system. Swiss Air has always provided excellent customer service. For the maintenance program we pay $19.99 a month.

They changed my filters and blew out the dust in the furnace. They informed me that I would need a new furnace soon but kept the one I have running for awhile longer. Thanks

My heating and cooling guys are fabulous and when I recommended them to my neighbor and they mailed me a twenty-five dollar gift certificate for a restaurant because I recommended them. The people who work there are awesome.

The service for the big deal from Swiss Heating & Air turned out fine. There were no problems and no complaints. It went very well. I made an appointment and they were out within a couple of days I think. I think there was a little bit extra charge as the big deal was to check out my furnace and make sure it was functioning correctly. That was part of the big deal. They actually fixed the problem so of course that would cost a little more. They are not cheap but they are not the most expensive either. I would say it was a fair price for what they had done. I didn't have any problems afterwards so I am happy.
