They were fine. Everything was as it should be. I would recommend them. They came very quickly.

They were prompt. Called in advance of arrival. They were clean, professional, quick and no mess. I highly recommend them.

The technician spent about 20 minutes and couldn't replicate the problem. He recommended cleaning the temperature sensor and lowering the gas pressure. For those fixes he quoted 139.00. I chose not to have them at the time.

Depite having a whole house humidifier installed with our furnace, our house air was very dry and uncomfortable. The technician reset the humidistat and also explained where it should be set during the winter, information the original installers never explained. More importantly, he also discovered that it has been incorrectly wired: the humidifier was wired to only come on when the furnace was on emergency heat in extreme cold. The technician re-wired it so it will come on whenever the heat is normally on, as during the day. This has made an immediate, obvious difference in our whole house's comfort and humidity level. The charge for this excellent service was only $49. We would recommend Swiss Air to anyone and will call them again for any future problems.

We are very happy with them. They are on Angie’s List and that is how I found them. We have only used them once and they were great. They were the lowest price. It was good service and everything was great.

The service went fine. I had them work on the AC unit. I believe I paid an additional fee to have a part replaced. I believe the additional pricing was not the best after talking to some neighbors, however. My husband worked with the technician who was out. The technician did a fine job. I had no problem at all scheduling the deal.

They are professional and friendly. The workers are very nice and we have been using them for about ten years. We usually work with Joe and he does a good job. They arrive on time.

First, I don't recall the exact date BUT....since we purchased this house, which is all electric and I'm from SoCal and we don't know what the heck a heat pump it, we've been utilizing it all wrong. Nonetheless, the real problem was that our furnace worked only when it wanted to. The guys from Swiss Air ultimately found the problem, defective sequencers and our furnace has worked flawlessly ever since. Not to metion, the educated us on 'heat pumps' and now we know why our electric bills were so extremely high! Thanks to them we're back on track not to mention saving money on our monthly electric bill. USE THEM, you won't be sorry!! ;-)

Took a couple attempts to get everything right,but in the end everything worked well.

Did a furnace check up for me, completely went over my furnace, explained everything he was doing and why. Was very friendly and professional. The only thing he didn't do was check my carbon monoxide detector which he was supposed to do according to the ad. Will definitely use them again tho.

The whole experience with Swiss Air was about as good as it gets. The customer service rep that took my call was polite, professional and pleasant. Shawn, the technician, arrived within 90 minutes of my call and was great. He was in a clean uniform, answered all my questions and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder as he checked out the furnace. The fix was simple (something I overlooked when I tried to restart it myself) but he stayed to perform a complete safety check, clean the sensors and check the safety switches. He also gave me pointers on maintenance that I can do myself in the future. I will definitely use Swiss Air again and highly recommend them to anyone using Angie's List.

They were able to fit me in on sheet notice. Technician did a very thorough inspection and was very skilled and professional.

Seth was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix the humidifier in about 10 seconds. I always appreciate techs who take time to answer questions and educate the homeowner and that is exactly what happened.

Installer arrived on time and began work immediately. Installer was very professional and courteous. During the course of the work in my house, I was kept informed of the jobs progress. The new heating plant was actually completed in the estimated time I was quoted. All debris were cleaned up and I was shown how to operate the equipment. WE signed the paperwork and I had my house back. The next day I noticed an item that needed corrected and called Swiss Air. Swiss Air sent the installer back in the evening and corrected this small item. It was a pleasure to see how quickly they responded to my call. I would without reservation recommend Swiss Air for both repairs and installation service to your heating and air conditioning equipment.

I can't begin to describe the level of service received today while the technican was servicing our furance. He took the time to explain each step along the way and actually also took the time to explain the components of the furance and how the system actually works. He performed the work in a very timely fashion and also checked the remainder of the furance to see if there were any other issues or potential issues to be concerned about. I am more that please with the service call and highly recommend this company

Our system was new in 2005. Despite regular maintenance, first from the HVAC company (not on Angie's List) who installed it, then for 4 years with another company found on Angie's List (who I am probably not supposed to call out by name here, but I have reviewed that company accordingly), the furnace was extremely loud and provided poor heat. The company we were using for maintenance said we needed a new system. Convinced a new system was necessary, I decided to shop around. I found Swiss Heating & Air (aka Swiss Air), told them about the system we had, they listened to the noise and said to first have a technician stop out to assess our current furnace. When the technician from Swiss came out, he quickly noticed a large amount of building debris apparently thrown into the duct and furnace system during installation. We were shocked by the amount of drywall and wood scraps he found - - it was enough to almost completely fill a garbage bag! When I asked wouldn't this have been evident from the previous service providers we used for bi-annual maintenance, the Swiss technician said, "yes, absolutely, if they were in fact cleaning the system." The obvious conclusion is that we were not getting the service we paid for all this time and it could have ruined our furnace and was a fire hazard. Fortunately, the debris had only damaged parts of the furnace and nothing more serious happened. The technician replaced the damaged parts and we signed up for a service contract with them and have enjoyed comfortable temperatures in our home and a quiet running system. In the end, most people don't really know what is going on inside their furnace. Swiss could have taken advantage of that and sold us a new system anyway. It's nice to know there are still honest businesses out there.

I have been dealing with Swiss Air for about 10 years. They are always on time, and every employee is great. They should be a model for every company.

I called Swiss Air first thing in the morning and someone was at my house within 3-4 hrs. The service person Shawn arrived near the start of the timeframe during which I was told to expect him. I got a call about 15 min in advance that he was on the way. He wore shoe covers to minimize tracking dirt from outside. Shawn was professional, patient, and thorough. He answered all my questions and showed me things along the way. He found an issue that will likely require a new furnace in future, but did not attempt to scare me or hard sell. He assured me there was no CO. He found the source of water that was backing up into a chamber in the furnace, a clogged drainage pipe, and he thoroughly cleaned the pipes, and diverted the last section of pipe to the sump pump, which should eliminate future problems. I ended up purchasing a service membership, because of the age of the furnace and for some added peace of mind. All in all, I was very pleased with the company's responsiveness and with Shawn's work.

I highly recommend Swissair for your heating and dolling needs. The technician arrived promptly, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell us - he suggested their midrange furnace as it would be adequate for our home size. We knew we would need a new furnace soon so we agreed to the solution. We had previously priced new furnaces and believe we received a fair price. The installer also arrived promptly and completed the work in the estimated time. All in all, everything went smoothly.

Service was excellent. When I called that morning between 945-1000 am(can not remember exact) they had a technician out and working on the unit around 11:00 am. I showed him the unit and he went to work quickly. Showed me what he was doing and explained everything in detail to me. Stayed a few minutes after the job was done to make sure the unit was cooling properly.
