The tech that came to the house showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and to explain the improvements that were needed.

I was very impressed with my experience with Swiss Air. I purchased the big deal and they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come out. Unlike with some other providers, they were able to come out the next day to look at my AC. They gave me a time window and told me they'd give me a 30 minute call ahead. A representative called me to let me know that the tech was delayed at a previous job, but would call me when he was on his way (which he did). i appreciated an update on when they'd arrive, as opposed to just having to wait with no word for 3 hours. Once the tech arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable, and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. You never know what you're going to get with contractors, but my experience with Swiss was one of the best I've ever had.

Professional, thorough technician. Explained everything very well and indicated things that needed attention now and other items that could wait...no attempt to sell unnecessary parts or services.

It was okay. They did the job. They were good. I recommend them. The quality of their work and their responsiveness were good.

We had Swiss Air Heating and Cooling come out and check and we are satisfied. They make sure that they have answered all of our questions and that they have explained everything that they have done before they leave. We just started with them since last year and we have only have them come once since the contract has started. This is how we started with them, I was calling around because our air conditioning wasn't working properly and I called several different heating and cooling companies come in and Swiss Air was one. They put some Freon in the air conditioner and it must have leaked out again because a week or 2 later it wasn't working again and they came back. They said that it must be leaking and it is an older air conditioner and since it was right before winter, he suggested that we take advantage of some of their sales over the spring and have a new air conditioner put in. The Freon, I wondered if that was something that they should have known but since I don't know before they put the Freon in if that was something that was noticeable, I don't know. I don't know that if it was obvious that it was leaking Freon and that putting more Freon in and charging us for it was obvious. If they knew for example what was happening then I think that it was unfair to charge us for the installation of Freon if they had known that it was going to leak out. Anyway my husband was very pleased with them. They are pretty punctual, so far when we called them this second time to give us a quote on an air conditioner, they were punctual about that and when they came out initially they got here on time. I would say that they are friendly but professional. They will be coming out in the spring to get the new air conditioner in before we have a checkup.

It was alright. They were fine. I've been recommended a better company.

I signed a membership with them. They are nice people to be around and attentive. The staff is neat and you can tell that they are Christians. Their prices are good.

It was fine. We used them a couple of times and no problems at all. Everything was fine. We found them through Angies List. They were reliable.

I would say it went quite well. It so happened that the furnace broke down and it was kind of like an emergency and we were stuck with the fact that we needed a new furnace but we didn't have time or really the convenience to shop around. Swiss has performed maintenance and so we called on them. They were immediately responsive and we were able to purchase a new furnace. They got it in and it worked out really well.

They were nice folks but it was very expensive. I found another company that does the exact same work and is willing to make a little more effort to repair as to replace. I think they are a good company but I also think they are overpriced.

They're very good. They've been with us for years. They are responsive, their work is reliable, they advise us well and install equipment well if it needs to be installed. They fix what needs to be fixed. We're due to have them out to look at the air conditioner. We are in a program that they run where they come out and do checks and we pay an annual fee. It's not paying for an individual event. The only time we pay them for anything individual is if we have to replace something. We have no reason to go elsewhere, we're happy. We're actually going to move and in the new house, we're simply going to move our account.

It was fine. I had no problem with anything. It was pretty normal. They didn't go above and beyond. It wasn't quite short or anything.

The last guy seem like a newbie and he was all about upselling. I could hardly understand him. He talk real fast and he didn't look at me when he talked. I probably would use them again.

I think it was okay. If i remember right, they had to get some part and it took a couple of days pr something. Other than that, I think it was alright. The guy was very open about his process. He thought out loud to me. He said, well, we can either try and do this assuming that it's that or we can test it or we can send for the other thing. He was honest about what he didn't know which is kind of nice. The quality of the work was good I guess. The blower still seems to work. I con;'t remember if they were quick or not. I think the guy was really cool when he worked it out with me.

It's fine. It was awhile ago. The only thing was they couldn't give exactly the price of the house and the color of the unit. I had to call the company later to make adjustments in the price because the house will make the air flow more efficient for the room. When I called this company, they came and wanted to see what the trouble is. They just told me right away that the unit must be more powerful. He underestimated the power of the unit. It has been complained about, but when I called them back, they told me, it's very controversial. It maybe done this or that. The unit itself works. I was kind of caught in the middle. I was able to make it cheaper. They were not efficient enough and did take responsibility of the situation. I hope it will work as long as it's supposed to.

It went all right. There was a problem with one of the furnace and we have twin furnaces. He said that we should go back to the company that previously ha done the work. He did one furnace check for the one furnace and then said that there was something a matter with the second one. Since he has to have some work done on it about not a year ago, that we should go back to them. Maybe I will use them again.
