The service was great. Zach was very thorough and when he went upstairs to check the air conditioner, he saw that the filter on the furnace needed to be changed and he changed it. I thought it was beyond the call of duty and told him that I would definitely contact his company for a full furnace inspection in the fall. I would definiely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Very well and very informative. the tech answered questions and gave us pointers for the future.

The tech came out and checked the exterior condenser unit. A rodent had chewed into one of the low voltage control wires. He diagnosed and repaired the wire in under 20 minutes and our A/C unit was back in operation. He also offered helpful suggestions to avoid future problems such as putting DeCon in the area where the wire was chewed.

Service provider was very understanding and professional. Highly recommend.

Took a week for the company to come out to my house when our A/C unit wasnt workoing. The technician came and fixed the A/C unit which turned out to be a bad compressor. The unit is working fine after the fix, however the Technician didnt appear to do anything else besides that after replacing the compressor (or didnt tell me anything) and just said it was running fine. I expected a bit deeper of a of a review of the unit.

Very well. Compressor died and they replaced. I had put in a new thermostat and they checked that too. I ended up buying a service agreement for future AC/heating checks because they were great. I have a Carrier unit and they had everything needed to service and repair it. It is working better than it has in several years. Cost includes service agreement

Great service. This is the second time I've used Swiss Air to fix a furnace/AC problem. The office called a half hour before the technician arrived to alert me of his arrival. He was at my house within the allotted 2 hour time slot (he showed up an hour into it), wore booties over his shoes to keep my floors clean, and was able to diagnose the problem and suggest a solution within 20 minutes. Professional, courteous, prompt, solution to an AC problem. Will use again.

The tech was great and very helpful. As such we signed up to have a rep come out and talk to us about replacing the unit. The guy who came out gave the worst sales pitch. He was rude and just kept shaking his head. He acted like he was offended by our unit. Thanks! I inherited what is there.

Swiss Air did great. They responded with an onsite visit and with a prompt quote with several options that didn't seem like upselling but realistic options. They took the time to research and investigate our questions. Finally, when we agreed on the installation, Swiss Air had their team out the next day and on time. The installers were extremely nice and even worked through a steady rain. Despite the rain, they always took time to make sure they were not bringing dirt or wet shoes into our house. So, really great service

A/C went out and needed to replace 20 year old A/C and decided to replace 47 year old furnace at same time. Got recommendation from friend and checked them out on Angie's List. They had 24/7 online chat on the website. requested a quote on Sunday at 7:30am. Within an hour got an email from the GM Jeremy who offered to send a sales person out later in the week or he could come out himself Sunday afternoon. He came out and spent a few hours going over all the details. He gave me the right amount of detail and good choices for what we needed. It was low pressure and he gave us lots of options that could fit our budget. I decided to upgrade to the high efficiency. He worked out the details for the rebate from the gas company and is working to setup the electric company rebate. He said he thought they could get out on Wednesday. Jeremy followed up on Monday and confirmed Wednesday install and that they would start at 7:30 and end by 6pm. On Wednesday the crew came right at 7:30am. There were 2 people most of the day and two others who helped with putting in a chimney liner for the gas water heater (necessary with the high efficiency furnace). All of them couldn't be nicer, they were polite and told me exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up really well after themselves and it is working great. I got a call the day after to schedule the quality check follow up next week. Great experience overall. We highly recommend Swiss Air.

Overall, great. Technician was nice and shared a lot of great information. Only issue was that the technician was running late on another call, so the service started around 15 minutes late. The main office called to let us know about the delay and it was fine.

We talked with their sales rep who spent over 3 hours explaining and answering all of our questions without the high pressure sales pitch. We had the installation done a few days later. The installers were friendly and did a great job. The package includes a quality check which is done about a week after the installation. We have had additional questions and the sales rep has gotten back to us promptly. I would recommend this company to others.

They were on time, efficient and did a good job. I have an older system and they didn't waste my time trying to sell me a new system (like most do). They confirmed it's working well for its age.

Did help me understand what might happen in the future since my AC system is so old. Did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it quickly. I purchased the offer from Angie's List then called the number on the receipt. Swiss Air had a few questions concerning the operation of the Air Conditioning equipment. After our discussion, I was placed on the schedule for an appointment of my choosing. On the day of the appointment I received a phone call from Swiss Air informing me that the technician was going to arrive at the appointed time. The technician soon arrived and went immediately to work. After Brian finished his work he explained to me exactly what he had done. Brian was courteous and very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and up to date in his profession. I asked about a yearly maintenance plan and Brian explained what Swiss Air offers in detail. Brian did not try to over sell his companies plan which reassured me that I was dealing with a very reputable company. I did purchase a service plan for my heating and air conditioning equipment. I found this service and attitude of Brian very refreshing.

The Service Technician from Swiss Air Heating and Cooling arrived promptly at our house at the appointed time. He even called first to let us know that he was on his way and when he would be here. Brian, the technician, immediately started checking the air conditioner unit, the furnace blower and the thermostat to see if all were working properly. He was not only courteous and professional but was very through including cleaning all the debris from in and around the air conditioner unit itself. We were very pleased with the service and he was very careful to make sure that everything the contract called for was prefromed. Afterwards he handed us a check list of worked preformed along with discussing his findings. As the unit itself is getting old, we were pleased also that the inspection showed no major problems and feel confident that the air conditioner will be good operating condition when needed. If and when we need further service for our heating or cooling system we would be glad to use them as the service provider.

Swiss Air Heating and Cooling has a commercial branch of their company called Comfortrol. When I called for an estimate and I explained that we were a business, they sent out Jason from Comfortol to give us a quote. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and speedy. Within the week, we received an email with the quote, which was detailed, and the cost was less expensive than two other quotes we received from other companies. I emailed a few questions to Jason. He responded quickly with the answers. I signed our proposal and received a phone call to schedule a time to install our new heat pump and air handler. The company worked with us in scheduling on a day that was best for our business. Before the installation day, Lon called and said that our permit was not ready yet (no fault of theirs), so we had to reschedule install for the following week. Lon kept us informed of the entire process and time frame. He arrived the day of installation a little before the scheduled time and explained what his team would be doing. He was very friendly and professional. After the team arrived, Lon went over everything with them, then left them to complete the removal and the install. The entire team was friendly and courteous. All three worked hard until the install was complete. They finished ahead of schedule. They showed one of our staff members the work they did and explained how to use the thermostat. They also programmed the thermostat for us according to what our wishes were for our boarding area. Our animal hospital would definitely hire them again for HVAC work. We are very pleased.

On time, pleasant to work with, answered questions, and did not try to sell me anything we didn't need.

Brian was exceptional. He was honest and gave me all options. He wasn't trying to sell me. Very pleased with him.
