Technician arrived on time and went immediately to work. He was very professional in his demeanor and kept me informed on the work in progress. He finished by explaining how the heating plant checked out and informed me that a complete report of the work and tests performed would be emailed to me. I signed for the work and the technician left. Things couldn't have gone better!

It was fine. As for price, I can't really judge that because I had them there and I don't know another company with more or less, you know what I mean, because it's not something I buy all of the time. I don't know what to say about that. They're really good. Well, I'd say that we have been having problems for a year with our air conditioner and I think the other people when I had them out, they kept saying we don't have enough freon. And he seemed to fix that, and I think he fixed that because it went away. And before every year, it was hot it would quit working, and they kept saying the same thing.

Jim Harper did a through inspection on my furnace and it checked out okay. He showed my all of the signs of what to look for. He also showed me how to change the filter in my humidifier. I was really pleased on how this visit worked out. I'm planning to get a maintenance contract with these guys, very soon. Exceptional company!

Swiss Air was great! Called in Monday morning and was able to get a same day appt, they even told me about a current Angies List deal in which I could get the service call fee at $59. Done! They came out and found our issue and fixed. Very pleased with service, will be calling again when I have Heading/AC issues.

OJ was our technician, and he did a great job. He was very thorough with the installation of the humidifier and provided clear guidance on the maintenance and operation of the unit. OJ also did a very good job inspecting our A/C and furnace to verify they were in proper working condition. I was impressed with how much attention to detail he provided to every aspect of the units. OJ also was able to rectify the drainage tubing from the A/C condenser to avoid an overflow issue we were having. I would definitely call Swiss Air again.

The guys Tim, OJ and Kyle did a great job. They were punctual, efficient, very hard-working, very knowledgeable, worked well together, extremely professional, and very careful. They replaced the AC for our second floor as well as the furnace in our attic, the latter of which was no small feat. They were very respectful of our house and really put me at ease. Everything went very smoothly, and when considering that someone could have been hurt or that a disaster could have happened, I was impressed everything went off without a hitch. These guys clearly knew what they were doing. They are all really good guys and the company is lucky to have them. It's also noteworthy that the company chose to hire these guys which is indicative of the company's standards. Joe, the specialist who designed our equipment, had previously prepped things for the install by installing additional access into the attic as the current panel would not accommodate removal of the old furnace. Joe is also very knowledgeable with equipment design and has always been very honest, professional and supportive. I have known Joe for several years and would have expected nothing less from him. We will need to replace the air conditioner and furnace for the first floor as well and we will without a doubt be using Swiss Air Heating & Cooling. I rarely write reviews for Angie's list but I feel that in this case it is warranted given what a great job these guys did. It is hard to find people these days who take pride in what they do, but this team clearly does and I am very appreciative.

The original one they replaced had been for 30 years. The technician came to look at the old air conditioner. They said that it would not be worth fixing. So the tech said we can put a bunch of Freon in there, but it had a leak and may be gone in a few days. Then a sales rep came out, and we went through our options. We decided to get a new system, and they came out to put it in right away. We have always had a good experience, and have always been very good. We have recommended them to our family members. We have used them for several years, and have even put in a new furnace for us as well.

The a/c unit was broken so it couldn't be fixed. However, the technician told me everything I needed to do once the a/c unit was fixed. I had the a/c unit and I was able to do everything I needed because of the technicians instructions.

They came on time did the work and he was friendly and professional, checked the filters and temps, cleaned everything.

Great! Serviced the furnace and replaced a part that was not performing at 100%! Very affordable and professional!

From sales to service Swiss Air was quick courteous and efficient.

The office folks were very flexible with scheduling and were very courteous over the phone every time I talked with them. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning compressor winding very quickly. The company was also quick in checking to see if the part was in warranty (which according to them it wasn't) and providing a quote for complete repair. My wife and I never get any work done in the house without getting a second opinion so we had another company come in two days later. The good news is that they diagnosed the root cause as being the same but the bad news is that they also determined that the part was still under warranty. So I am a little disappointed that Siwss Air gave me incorrect information. As a result, we are going with the "other company" we chose. So in short, great office folks, knowledgeable staff but in my case they made a mistake with the due diligence and hence I am going with a different provider.

It went well. Initiated an online chat via their website. The online agent was knowledgeable and polite. The following morning a representative from Swiss Air called and got the information and we scheduled the repairman the following afternoon. The schedule time was a small window between 12p-2p. Swiss Air called me around 10a and said the repairman was finished early on the previous job and was nearby, and could he come early. We agreed and the repairman arrived 25 minutes later. He was very polite and really knew his trade. Diagnosed it in 5 minutes and had it up and running 15 minutes later. We will definitely be using them in the future. It was a great experience...

Swiss Air is great. I wouldn't use anyone else. We had another contractor out to look at our air conditioner the week before, which had initially told us that a valve needed replaced, then when he came back to fix it, after we had questioned what they were telling us was correct and was upset over the cost, they changed their minds and agreed with us that there was a leak (which is what we had thought because of how quickly the freon ran out). However it was in an evaporator coil covered under warranty, (manufacture defect) Now to replace this he jacked up the labor price to an outrageous amount of money. So I called around and Swiss Air came out quickly, and agreed it was the coil that needed replaced, and was reasonable. Gabe's a good guy and wasn't looking to rip us off like the other company. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Very well. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with!

They got here within 3-4 hours on a Sunday & no up charge for weekend service. The technician knew within 2 minutes what was wrong and once he replaced the part (less than 5 minutes) the cool air was coming up through the registers.

The technician who came was very up front about the age of our unit and what the problem could be. He gave us options and a suggestion on what we could do to prolong the inevitable. He did tell us that this particular option may not work but if it didn't, we would know for sure that it was time to get a new unit. We went with what was best for us at the time. So far so good!

Zack was nice and thorough when running the diagnostic test on my AC. From the moment I made contact with the company everyone was no nice and friendly.

Great- the woman who handles the scheduling was very friendly and was able to find a way to get us scheduled before we went on vacation. The tech showed up on time and diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly.
