The furnace with low efficiency was suggested and installed. when we realized that the house is not warm evenly , we were told that this is not the optimal furnace type.

I think they did a great job. Good quality. They came shortly after we called.

They are always professional, timely.

We woke up that morning and the heat wasn't working. It was freezing. There was just some kind of a blockage, on the outside we had so much snow. They said it happens, it wasn't anything major. It was a Saturday and they came out. They were very responsive and came out that morning. Within three hours they were able to come. We used them at our old house and that's why we called them.

It was in the summer, it was hundred degrees in our house.

I'm really not that happy with them. They are extremely expensive if something happens with the furnace. We don't use them for repairs just used them for routine check ups.

They did a wonderful job. Three people came out for the service. It took them one day. They left the area perfectly clean.

It worked out fine. Our bills are lower and Columbia gas keeps telling us our house consumes 10% less energy than the average highly insulated home, so the efficiency improvement has been worthwhile.

I received a phone call that the service tech was running early, would I like an earlier time, I said yes. So, Zack arrived early and was very polite and personable. He covered his shoes before entering the house. After checking out my furnace, he said that everything was in good working order despite the furnace being 30 years-old. He did not try to sell me anything, but asked if I had a carbon monoxide detector and suggested that I buy one. I did not know that they made them to plug into an outlet and don't have to be affixed to the ceiling. I thanked him for the advice.

Service, inspection and cleaning were performed. I had the technician also look at the whole-house humidifier screen, which he said needed to be changed once a year or two. He showed us how to change it. I bought one of those and changed it the way he had showed us. Very easy. No charge (because we already pay the monthly fee).

Tech was a pleasure to work with and did professional job. Inadvertently broke a delicate part while cleaning and went to the parts depot to get a new one and replace right away. No big deal, things happen. Would definitely hire again.

It went well. The service technician was prompt and polite, and explained options regarding a new humidifier. My current one is at least 30 years old. I didn't get it at the time, but would definitely use Swiss Air again.

Went well, as expected. I had a personal recommendation to use Swiss-Air from a friend and received Angie's List price.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was very nice. It worked out very well. There was no additional charge. The price was great. They were punctual. I liked the fact that they called ahead and said they'll be there probably in an hour. They gave me an open time frame before that, so to notice half an hour to an hour is helpful. He was very personable and told me how things worked and fortunately, everything was fine for us. He was very nice and did his job, very thorough and explained what he did and said everything was working just fine.

I purchased the Angies List special for a furnace inspection over a month ago and Swiss Air was finally able to make it out. They offered a refund because of how far out they were scheduling, but I choose to keep the appointment to avoid the hassle. The gentleman that conducted the inspection did a nice job - he provided a detailed report of the inspection and didn't report any major errors. He mentioned their MVP monthly service program, but didn't hard sell it which I appreciated. He also cleaned up the furnace clearing out some of the dust build up. My only negative feedback was the the repairman mentioned that my capacitor wasn't performing at peak capacity and quoted me over $115 to replace. The capacitor can be purchased for $10 at a local hardware store and takes no more than 5-10 minutes to replace. I was shocked to see they were trying to charge such a high price for such a cheap part especially since they were already at my house. I probably would've accepted a price of $25-$50 to replace it simply for the convenience, but I $115 was way too high. I would use Swiss Air again, but would never agree to repairs without getting a second opinion and doing additional research to ensure I was getting a fair price.

Zach came out and checked it for me. Let me no it was working ok when he was here. Took the model number so if it needs replaced he will be able to take care of it.

The motor for the unit needed replaced. Part was not available so they went the extra mile and provided space heaters to keep the tenant and his pets warm until the part was available. They returned when they said they would and completed service to the unit. Excellent Job!

Zach arrived on time, covered his shoes so nothing was tracked from the outside to the inside of the house, performed the furnace tune-up, and let me know the furnace is in good working condition. Then he sent an email to me with the results of of the tune-up.

He was punctual and polite. He gave me a verbal report of what he did and said everything checked out. He did not leave a written record of his work, something I am used to getting and like to have for my records. As far as I know he did a good job. The furnace is only six years old so should be in good shape.
