Two people came out to install the new unit and it took about 3 hours. They were awesome all the way around.

The technician arrived within the time framed set for the appointment. He was very polite and professional and immediately started the work contracted for. He checked the drain, changed the furnace filter, cleaned the condenser, along with the other items required by the contract. He did tell me the system is very old but still in good working order. He answered any questions and was very proficient at his duties.

They had to order the part and have it over-nighted from Cincinnati and it was here the next day. They came after hours and the guy definitely went above and beyond on that. It helps that we are on their service plan because we get priority calls. We move to the top of the list if they have other people calling.

We purchased a service, just cleaning. It was the same guy and he was punctual, on time, and he was professional. He was pretty easy to work with and we liked him.

They were professional and on time and they did a good job. He was informative, he talked about how to keep this happening in the future. He recommended the cleaning periodically, which we did purchase the cleaning with them before we even hired them. They did a good job and it was a pleasant experience. I can't think of anything they could do better, of course it could always be cheaper.

Zach Smallwood did an exceptional job. He quickly diagnosed the issued, replaced the part, and performed an overall check of the system. Additionally, he suggested various maintenance tips that I was not aware of. I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. I was especially impressed with the price since it was an emergency call on a Sunday morning.

The serviceman checked out all the controls and determined it was just the filter. He suggested that I get on a regular service plan check-up of twice a year. I went with a monthly budget of $14.95 /mo. or equivalent to $89.70/service call. Thus I paid $14.95 initially. All is working well now. I was very satisfied with the service.
