Everything about the experience was good. They were upfront and they knew their stuff. They were pretty conscious of Angie's List.

The provider came out to look at the job after I purchased the Big Deal, and he ended up saying the project was too small for his company to do.

I was very pleased with the finish product Mr Brown was very professional and really went beyond the call. I had a drain pipe that was very old it was laid when the house was built (1950)it was broken when the old driveway was being removed Mr Brown removed it and replaced it with new pipe.

Our initial appointment with Mr. Brown was very informative. I told him what I wanted and he explained to me how he could do it. He was not in a hurry and was very professional and thorough. He explained how the grass would be matted by the machines and what flowers and bushes needed to be moved so they would not be damaged. Mr. Brown gave me a start date and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Nothing was a surprise, he was honest and up front about everything. When one phase was done, he would review it with me and make sure it was what I wanted before he would start the next phase. He gave me a time frame of one week and was completed in 4 days, but did not take the final payment until we did a walk through and I was satisfied with everything. Mr. Brown ordered 3 yards of dirt (out of his pocket) so they could fill up some ruts and holes in my grass and around my new patio. He knew how anal I am about my yard and flowers and wanted to do something extra to make our re-landscaping easier. We have been getting wonderful comments from people passing by and seeing how beautiful our colored and stamped side walk and patio are. If I had the money, I would hire Mr. Brown to do to our entire neighborhood and let everyone pass by and be amazed at the beauty that was created by Mr. Brown.

It went very well. They did an excellent job! My neighbors are all raving about what a good job he did!

We purchased this Big Deal to have our front steps repaired. The contractor would not honor the Big Deal for this work, but instead tried to convince us to have other work performed - but not using the Big Deal, paying out of pocket. We contacted Angie's List and they gave us a refund.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. They were open to my suggestions and offered other ideas as well. You can tell in dealing with Chris that he has you and your homes best interest in mind. The job turned out very well!

Chris was very prompt and friendly ... we didn't end up using the service b/c the price was double that of the competitor we were looking at; however, he did provide some insight into some pro-active long-term repair solutions, just were out of budget for us.

The workers did a great job overall. They did have to remove a fence post to get their equipment in and did so by cutting it off at the base. I then needed a fence repair which cost about $200, mainly because the old post base (the concrete poured around the post) had to be dug up since it could not be "pulled" since there was no post sticking up above the ground. So, this was a minor issue but did cost me some money. The patio is great. We haven't been through a winter yet, but so far it is holding up nicely and we enjoyed a couple of months of heavy use after it was poured.

Christopher and his co-worker were pleasant and worked diligently. However, clean up was not ideal as cement and dirt were left on the porch. A hole was poked into one of the front shingles by the wheelbarrow (he did offer to take $25 off the fee). I used an Angie's List coupon and it took several months to get the job scheduled.

It was a great experience. Chris always kept in touch with what the day-to-day plans were - what would be happening when. We reviewed the plan several times, he explained everything that was going to be done and the driveway looks great!

Great - he showed up on time for estimate and install appointments, and was very focused in moving the job along to completion.

Overall it was a good experience. Mr. Brown was wonderful to work with. We had rain around the time the driveway was been worked on, but Mr. Brown and his crew got the job done. And my driveway looks real nice, and I enjoy pulling out of the driveway over the new approach-no more going down into a hole first.

He had visited and gave an estimate and said he would write up a contract. This he failed to do so no further discussion was given or taken. He had called about 6 months after we had talked and said that he would write up a contract. He then again failed to do so.

Mr. Brown showed up at our house at the appointed time. He assessed our driveway and provided a quote that was better than other contractors we contacted. He guaranteed that his quote was the final number we would be responsible for no matter what he found under our driveway after he started the job. It turned out that he had to go far above the call of duty to get our old driveway cleaned out and prepared for the new concrete. There were a lot of tree roots and old cement wire that had to be removed. He also had to bring in a lot of new gravel to fill in areas where only sand had been used under the original driveway. Mr. Brown did not use a subcontractor. He spend the entire time personally working on our driveway. He stuck to his original quote and did not ask us for a penny extra. The job was completed in just a few days with only a couple of delays due to rain. We now have a beautiful new driveway! Very nicely done. Very satisfied customers!

Christopher Brown and his team did a very nice job. We had a couple of contractors give us estimates and we chose Christopher Brown on price and professionalism. In the Spring, we agreed that Christopher and his team would come out when they were available. Although they did not end up doing the work until late July, that was okay with us. The team was punctional, professional and did a nice job with the work.

It looks nice, he worked very hard, and he was very professional. The only down side is that there was one little part where he didn’t put up caution tape and the neighbor kid walked right through it. He came out the next day and redid those spots. One of our neighbors had similar work done by another company and they put a tent over it for 24 hours so no neighbors or animals could walk on it, and I wish he had done that for us. He put the sealer back over the spots, but they will always be there.

Chris contacted me within the first week of purchasing coupons. We scheduled a date for an estimate, he arrived on time.He stated coupon was for bigger jobs like a entire driveway. I could not find in the coupon that it stated that . He stated he would honor the coupon for any time in the future for a large cement job.He gave me an estimate of $1200 to tear up 1 1/2 2 ft of my garage floor under garage doors that are disintegrating and for repour and sealant. I feel this is a high estimate and plan on getting another estimate. I can't afford the $1200 this year and when he called me to schedule, he said he would work something out with my groupon. I plan on calling him back and ask for confirmation of future use of groupon in writing.

Mr. Brown was very nice to work with. Even though he was in his busy season, he kept all of his appointments and got back to me in reasonable time regarding and questions I had. I was also impressed that he volunteered to stop by the city's permit office to make sure we didn't need a permit for the work we were doing. It saved me a trip and a lot of questions about something I don't know. That was a big help. I have had several comments about how nice the concrete looks and how amazed people were that it happened so quickly once they started. I will definitely use Mr. Brown's services again.

This business came out and reviewed the work that I wanted done and I spoke to the owner over the phone. We discussed the estimate and could not agree on a price. I felt that the quote was high. We set up a time to meet with the owner and he did not show up - he told me that he had wrong address.

My small project was pre-empted by larger jobs a few times but the result is a lovely little patio. I would like the sides of it to have been as perfect as the step but they really did a good job overall and cleaned up nicely.

It was a nice experience. I have decided to go ahead with them.

They were very nice. We called them up and he scheduled and came out when he said he would. He provided a lot of information and he gave us a written estimate then. We talked it over and we called him back and we scheduled him.

Christopher came and gave me the estimate as promised, did the job as contracted, and completed the work on time. He worked around my schedule as much as possible and went out of his way to give me a final product that exceeded my expectations. His crew was professional, and I would definitely recommend them.

This company was easy to get in touch with to set up the appointment. He carries a cell phone and is very responsive. He talked to us about different options and gave us his professional opinions to help make the best choice for us. This project took about a week or less. We are very much satisfied with the finished product, this company met all our expectations, and they did a wonderful job.
