Description of Work: My mother ordered a dozen red roses for me for my birthday. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. However, she ordered buds, what I received were already fully open, and they wilted in 5 days. Yes, I did everything one is supposed to do with fresh cut flowers to help them last longer. In the past when I have bought roses from even a grocery store, they lasted at least 10 days. When I called them to inquire on the situation, they said their flowers last 5 to 7 days. I asked to speak with the manager (Rick) and left my phone number. After 6 days, he still has not called back. Poor customer service.

 + -1 moreOverall rather disappointed with service and quality. Ordered a specific flower arrangement on their business website. An hour or two after I placed the online order, the shop called to say that they didn't have enough inventory on hand to fill my order as I had placed it, and offered to change to another type of flower and upgrade the included vase at no extra charge. I appreciated the offer to upgrade, and agreed. But when the flowers were delivered, the arrangement was much too small for the vase, and didn't look good overall. While I do understand that the exact flowers pictured are not always available, I trust that a florist will make good aesthetic choices and create a quality product. Unfortunately, they missed the mark this time.
