+ -1 moreI GAVE HIM SOME MONEY TO START AND PAID HIM ALONG AS HE PERFORMED THE WORK. HE ASSURED ME THE YARD WAS FINE, AND IF IT WASN'T RIGHT IN THE SPRING, HE WOULD COME BACK AND MAKE IT RIGHT. THIS SPRING THE YARD CAME UP, AND IT IS FULL OF WEEDS, THE GRASS IS EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY, HUGE BARE SPOTS, AND DESPITE REPEATED ATTEMPTS AT RESOLUTION, HE HAS NEVER RETURNED TO FIX THE YARD. OUR LAST CONVERSATION HE STATED " THE JOB IS DONE - I'M NOT COMING BACK" AND HUNG UP ON ME.
Description of Work: HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REMOVE THE SOD FROM THE FRONT AND BACK YARD AND INSTALL NEW SOD, AND TREAT FOR WEEDS.

+ 0 moreTHE SOD EITHER GOT TOO DRY OR TOO WET AND MOST OF IT DIED. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT TO RE-SOD THE AREA. INSTEAD HE CAME OUT AND JUST THREW SEED IN THE PROBLEM AREAS. WHEN THE GRASS BEGAN TO GROW, SOME AREAS ARE ABOUT 8 INCHES HIGH AND OTHER AREAS ARE ABOUT 3 INCHES. YOU CAN TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE TYPE OF GRASS SEED HE USED. HE HAS COST ME TIME AND MONEY AND I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I WAS PROMISED. I HAVE YET TO USE THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD SO MUCH RAIN.
