Cheap Dumpsters Dumpster Rental

Initial phone call went well. He was polite and agreed to deliver a dumpster for the weekend, Friday through the following Monday. The dumpster was dropped of on Friday with a "30 minute" call from the driver before hand, but he didn't show up for about an hour. The driver that dropped off the dumpster was not friendly, and the worst thing was he was actually from a different company and was doing a "favor" for his friend. The dumpster was in poor shape, very rusty, and the doors were difficult to open and close but it was functional. It was on two wheels with a prop in the front so it didn't kill my grass which was nice. I waited around on Monday for someone to come pick it up but they never did. I called early Tuesday morning and was told someone would be there to pick it up that day. Again, nobody came. I called Wednesday afternoon and was told a driver would pick it up on Thursday. Finally, it was picked up on Thursday. Some people might have liked having it longer, but it was really an eyesore. If it would have been on our driveway then it would have blocked access to the garage for days. Lucky for me I had them put it next to the driveway. Overall: The price was right, but the service could have been MUCH better!

Great service and very professional. When I called for pick up, I made sure I let the owner know how great of a job the person who dropped of the dumpster did. Doesn't sound difficult, but because of my demands and limitation of my property, he did everything to keep me happy and make sure it was safe!
