We were quite satisfied with their work. The one worker was good and took three days to complete the work.

Dan was very responsive, his team answered all of my questions and his painters performed the work in a timely fashion. They fixed many imperfections in my walls, worked with me on last minute color changes and were very respectful. Great job overall!

There were two workers that came out and it took them a couple of days to complete the work. They left the area pretty clean. They left something behind and missed some spots, but then, they corrected everything before I paid them.

They do really good work. They are very thorough and get jobs done quickly. I am very particular about my walls and they have been meticulous. Ray had been out twice and he is just awesome. Robin has also done a couple of bedrooms/bathrooms and again couldn't ask for better work. I have used them multiple times and highly recommend.

The painters came out and provided a competitive estimate and were able to get the job scheduled that same week. They understood the hurry we had and how excited our little girl was about her new purple room, so they stayed a full day, working practically the entire time, to get it done for her. They were extremely pleasant to chat with and very professional about their work- very neat and tidy :) Would absolutely recommend and will be using in the future!!

Things went well from the start. I got a response to my email inquiry the next business day and a salesman came out within a few days. He took a lot of time looking at the work that needed to be done and explaining the options. The estimate was well within my budget and was consistent with what I was expecting. I wasn't expecting the work to be done until close to Thanksgiving, but the work was scheduled and completed within a week. The painter (Jorge) even came on Sunday to finish up. The house looks great.

Color match was a nightmare but the CertaPro painters hung in with it until we got a reasonable solution.

Fantastic! I found CertaPro through Angie's List, and after getting 5 other painting estimates, I was confident in my choice, and the results were fantastic. I really wanted someone to consult regarding the colors to paint my trim and shutters, and their Sherwin-Williams consultant Angie had great suggestions and also made extra trips to help me decide on a color to paint the concrete that was visible. She definitely worked overtime, and I was able to get free Color Pots (thanks CertaPro) to test out on my house and boards to ensure that the trim color and the shutter color were what I wanted. I also really appreciated the original consultant's suggestion that we they put in a plastic board for the garage trim board that was rotting at the base due to salt sprinkled during the winter (such a better idea than replacing it with a wood board that would have just rotted again). When I was unsure whether or not the power washers had come out a few days in advance of painting, CertaPro did not hesitate but called the powerwasher to spray again. While it turned out it had been done already, but the new powerwasher called me, asked me for details and took me seriously when I said the spiders' webs hadn't been cleaned thoroughly enough, and so powerwashed again. The day of, we decided to have the painters paint the garage door, which was only an extra $100, and when a few details were overlooked, the team came back out on Labor Day to fix all of my concerns. Not only did CertaPro have the most competitive bid of all of the companies, they were completely professional from the original estimator, the crew team leader, the color consultant, and finally the owner who came out personally to inspect the work. We have some interior painting to do at some point, and I will definitely call them!

From the estimate through to the completion of the work, everyone on the CertaPro team displayed a high level of professionalism. I was impressed when the estimator told me honestly that the stucco at the back of the house was not yet in need of painting, despite other sections of the house that were in need of repainting. This allowed me to save money on job. The estimate was very clear in identifying what items would be done in preparation for painting. Weather was a factor in allowing the work to proceed, so I kept in touch with the scheduler who kept me informed of when work could begin. The team sent to do the painting was meticulous in the work done. We walked around the house upon completion to ensure I was satisifed with the work done. The team lead, Jason, is clearly very experienced as he was able to answer some general questions I had about stucco and future painting requirements.

Walls had been covered with wallpaper that was removed before CertaPro prepped and painted. Walls especially and ceilings to some extent were filled with cracks and gaps indicative of the age of the home. So walls had to be repaired and skim coated twice to smooth them out. Given the condition of the walls and ceiling, painters (Chris and crew) did a good job. A big competitive advantage was that CertaPro came out within a few days (in a very busy summer season) of our signing on to do the project. We needed it done quickly because we are soon installing new carpeting. Some other A-rated competitors had pledged to do it quickly (most competitors wouldn't commit for a month), but admitted after losing out on the project that they honestly didn't know if they could have managed to complete it within 2 weeks of signing on as we hoped for. Their sales proposal was very detailed, complete, and professional. Salesman Kevin and production coordinator Patrick were competent and courteous.

They were very professional and offered and excellent price. The only small issue we had was with the process of choosing colors. Based on very small samples. Overall it was very good.

Everything went perfectly! They did the job quickly and efficiently, even in the 90 degree heat! It was good to have a staff person to contact by email when we had a question or issue, and everything was addressed promptly and resolved. Every person we dealt with, from the original salesperson, the painters, to the office staff, was very professional and courteous.

Quote was less than 1/2 of the others but after reading other reviews, we chose them. Job was done in the amount of time quoted weather expected. Crew was very professional and respected my property.
