The painters were very polite, explained the process before starting, verified the color for each room painted, discussed repairing dings, nail holes and cracks and made sure I was happy with the color before painting the entire room. Both gentlemen were neat, worked quickly and were respectful of my home. Can't wait to have them back in the spring!

Great! The team that performed the job were very dedicated to their work and were very hard workers. I would definitely use the again. As a matter of fact our next project when the pandemic has cleared we are going to hire them to paint the inside of our house!

The painters were courteous and quick. The office staff member that I worked with (Sarah) was so helpful and did a fantastic job matching the paint color that I wanted. The house has tall ceilings, tons of windows and oak trim. The paint job looks perfect, there are no drips, flaws or paint on the trim. It looks so wonderful. These painters are awesome!

The painters were great! Made an extra effort to make sure that the colors matched our cabinets.

CertaPro was the first response to requests for quotes to various companies. Within a week of requesting a quote we had an in home estimate and, the next week, our large vaulted living room, entry way and stairs painted. Paint crew was timely and the paint job was meticulous.

THey never responded to my phone calls.

Reuben and Octovio did work as we asked for them as they did great painting in our living room on prior project. Excellent work. When we did have to call the office for questions, the phone seemed to transfer to a non-local, corporate office, They had to then forward message. Didn't like that

I never got the chance to find out. I was called mid-morning on the day of the appointment and told they can’t do our job. Terrible timing. My husband had some hesitation about using this company due to a somewhat negative experience about 6 years ago with an interior paint job. I should have listened to him.

Beware, when they did show up they did inferior work, left paint all over the shingles, siding and my deck. They tell you they will be out there, or we will finish up "the next day" for a week. Just because you can buy painting supplies at a hardware store doesn't qualify you as a painter. Take some pride in your work or the work of the sub-contractors you hire. Personally I wouldn't have them paint anything for me...unless I really wanted my roof to look like a poor Jackson ******* knockoff.

I got five A+ Angie's List estimates. Certa Pro was the lowest by 5%. From the person I met to do the estimate, to Steve their carpenter, to Patrick my job coordinator, it was so refreshing. The job was completed today by Mario and his crew. I always spout that "you get what you pay for", well, in this unique instance, the lowest bid not only did a wonderful job, they communicated exceptionally, they were flexible with change orders, and I can't say enough positive things about spending $5,000.00 Job well done my friends, I will refer you without reservation.

Initial contact and scheduling was great. Kevin emailed a to confirm scheduled appointment. 10 minutes before appointment kevin called to say he was running behind and asked if I could send pictures of repair work needing done and he could work up a price. I agreed. Sent him pictures of the work he thanked me and thats the last I heard from him. Its now been 15 days with no contact.

Excellent experience. Crew led by Dustin (can't remember all other names) were extremely professional, punctual and kept us apprised of every step and the progress his team was making. Carpentry work that was required (replacing deck railings & a part of house soffit that had rotted) was well done and we were impressed with the quality of the work, especially the new railing. Paint job was also well done and they got it done quickly as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I had CertaPro give me an estimate to paint six exterior shutters, along with my front door. The sales person seemed very professional and knowledgeable. One the painting crew arrived on 04/01/2019 (April Fool's Day), work was completed. I looked at the website the sales person provided me, reading the information on the recommended paint again. I noticed the paint can label online was a different color than the one the painters used on my home. The paint the painting crew used on my exterior of my home was INTERIOR paint!! I have no words to express my thoughts on that. The crew repainted my shutters and front door with the correct exterior paint. Once the crew left, I inspected the paint job a bit more. To my disappointment, the one painter just slopped black paint all over my white trim around the shutters on the second floor. I had to climb onto the porch roof, use cleaner and a magic eraser to clean the trim surrounding my shutters. Again, the sales crew was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately,they don't have painting staff that exhibits an attention to detail. They used interior paint on the exterior of my home and did a sloppy job. AVOID frustration and AVOID this company!!

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for my house to be painted. I took off work to take care of this. I called early that morning to confirm appointment and to let them know I needed them to be on time as I had an appointment right after that. They confirmed the appointment and assured me if he ran late it would only be 5-10 minutes. Time of the appointment came and went. 20 minutes later called CertaPro to see where he was. They said they would contact him and get back to me. I said I couldn't wait and to cancel that appointment. 5 minutes later the estimator called and told me he had on his schedule our appointment was not until the following day. I called back to the call center and asked them to check when I was on the schedule and they confirmed it was the following day. I asked why was this not caught when I called early to confirm my appointment today? He could only apologize. Not a good way to start a project, so cancelled my estimate. They were polite through the entire interaction but it was very frustrating as I took a day off work.

Was a very good experience & result.. Kevin came to do the estimate, and after a week, we decided to schedule and take advantage of winter pricing. Sarah helped scheduling verification. Ross came by to inspect painters work. We took advantage of the free quart sample at Sherwin Williams that Certa Pro offered. Ruben and Octavia came to paint, taking 2 full days to complete. They worked efficiently, and took over short lunch breaks and no other breaks. They put down rags or sheets to protect floors and furniture. It was a little time-consuming to remove the 20+ yr wall paper, but they kept at it. They sanded all walls, and put on 2 coats. After end of each day, they cleaned up very well. I would hire Certa Pro agan, and would ask for Ruben abd Octavia

Got quote and agreed to get the work done, just waiting on weather to break to get on the schedule.

Love the colors and the finished look. The crew boss was talented and skilled and I had great trust in his work. My rating comes from my disappointment in the overall experience and the little things that went awry - asking to work late (7 pm) but stopped at 4:30 pm; calling start time between 8 - 9 am and not on the job until 10 am. Crew wasn't as attentive to details as I expected ... dripped paint wiped off glass leaving smeared windows instead of cleaning the window, standing on my countertops to paint the soffit instead of using ladders and other small stuff that in an of itself is not a big deal but a constant disappointment. The office staff, Sarah, was responsive and apologetic and I appreciate her care. Luckily I'll not be doing such a large paint project for years to come!

CertaPro Painters were excellent. We were contacted right away, and the guy was able to come and give us a quote within a few days. We received the quote very quickly (they are able to process the quote onsite when they are finished touring the work site). Willing to work within your budget, and even offered suggestions on how to cut costs. We went and picked out the paint, and they were able to get us on the schedule within the week. VERY good work, done in one day (2-story house). Lines and color coverage were perfect! We could not have done a better job ourselves. Fair pricing and no mess left over! Would definitely use them again!

Terrible service. The painters were rude and impolite. They cut every corner to get the job completed quickly. Due to their unpofessionalism I was forced to surveil them paint the entire time. Now, im arguing for timely warranty services. Overall, horrible service. I had to open a case with the Better Business Bureau. if interested, the case is complaint #12900765.
