Great. They followed up on a few items i questioned about.

I wanted to get a couple of estimates for the inside painting of my home. A close friend suggested calling Certa Pro as they had recently painted their home and they were pleased with their work. I called a couple of places and got estimates. I chose Certa Pro, not only for their fair estimate, (they came in under the others) but because I do believe in "Word of mouth" referrals. The job was scheduled very quickly as I had wanted. The painters were great. I am very picky on inside painting and their work was awesome. I looked closely at where the paint from the walls meet the ceiling, and the line of color was perfect. I did not see any paint transferred onto the ceiling. To me, that is a sight of good painting! The work was kept neat as they went and finished on time. I then recommended Certa Pro to paint my step-daughter's rental property that she was getting ready to put up for sale. They painted her entire interior and again a great job. I will continue to refer them onto others. Thanks for a job well done.

We had such a good experience with this company last year with interior and exterior painting that I did not hesitate to call again for a new job. Dan came out right away to give me an estimate, answer questions and refer me to their interior decorator for help with color choices. The painters came when they said they would, took extra care in getting the wallpaper off (which was a two day job) and did a clean and neat job with the painting - always cleaning up at the end of each day. I appreciated the detail that Shaun and his experienced crew did and the helpful suggestions also.

They did a nice job painting a portion of our porch and power washing our home

Did not feel that the walls were properly spackled and sanded before painting. Paint was left on some of the woodwork. Price seemed too high for quality of work.

Dan Goodman who was the estimator loaded me with details about his bid and committed to a price that day. His promptness was perfect and performance outstanding. Thet did everything they promised and there crew is awesome as well!!!!!!!!

David the painter came 4 times for cleaning loose paint, primer 2nd cout, and clean up.

The estimator advised that the work could be completed in a single day. Since drywall repair was required on the bay window ceiling, the actual repairs took 2 days. The painter was professional and did a very good job!!

The salesman, Adam, did a great job explaining the entire process. The proposal he provides was the best in depth that I received. I requested a specific time frame - 2 months out as we were having a paver installed. Also the work needed to be completed by a specific date. Adam said they could work with that as they hit the time frame exactly! Antonio's work crew was great to work with. Very professional, did their work, and cleaned up. If there are any missed spots or problems, I couldn't find them. Communication was excellent throuout the project. The company's production manner was on site the first hour to make sure everything was on track. Couldn't be happier with our looks new house.

Working with this company is always a pleasure. The owner, Dan Goodman, came out and quoted the job. Due to problems with the company (totally a different company) hired to remodel our bathroom, the painting date had to be moved several times. Mr. Goodman worked with us and was very patient and accommodating. Finally when the company from h*** (remodeling company) pulled off the job because the toilet and a vanity still had not come in, there was a break in work and we emailed Mr. Goodman. The date was set within a few days of the email and Mike was sent out to do the work. Mike (the painter from CertaPro Painters) was friendly, professional and very efficient. Mike showed up early to the job and came to the front door to greet us and introduce himself. He came in and I showed him around to the different areas that needed painting: rooms, exterior doors and Bilco unit in the house and on the property. After the introduction to the job Mike brought in his gear and went right to work. He spent all day working hard. He painted systematically and moved from one job to another through the house. When the job was completed he cleaned up after himself, and you could not tell anyone had been working in our house, except the walls, doors and Bilco door unit had been cleaned, primed, two coats of paint applied and now they really looked great. Adam was very knowledgeable and made many recommendations that I would not have thought of. I had quote two other painters, and while they very good also, they did not seem to bring the total package. Certpro was a solution provider.

I decided to go with another company after receiving 3 estimates for the painting project, although this company's estimate was in the same ball park as the company I ended up choosing.

It was good, Ivan was thorough, and he made a return visit for touch ups. We had rain for about two weeks straight, He was accommodating with my time, and very professional. They were punctual, and the quality was above average. I was impressed with Ivan because he touched up every nook and cranny. Very professional. That included the power washing, and it was doubled, and two sets of stairs and a large deck. I had gotten another estimate, used word of mouth and Angie's List.

They did an excelent job! The power washing was done while I was at work and would not have even known they had been there were it not for my house looking so clean. They started painting on a morning I had off work so I was able to introduce myself and they were very polite. They even took the time to learn my dog's name and pet the dog. They were smooth and effective and kept all their materials very orderly. I left for work that afternoon and they wern't quite done but by the time I got home that evening, everything was done and cleaned up.

It actually took a long time for the work to be completed, but it was a very difficult job. Other "highly rated" companies on this list would come out to give us a quote and then never respond after that. The siding is no longer made, so they had to have it milled to match. They were responsive to any complaints I had about the work. Even though it took several months, but it was a difficult job and I appreciated their hard work and persistence.

The work was performed on the day scheduled without any disruption or inconvenience to my daily routine. The room was painted in one day and looked perfect when completed.

Very pleased they recommended parts of the deck that could be eliminated from job to save money. Owner was very understanding when miscommunication between I and my wife caused them not to get paid on first invoice submission. Will use for any future painting jobs inside or out.

I would remind consumers not to pay off the balance of your bill until you have a representative from the company go through the job site with you for check off. We fell for the "Oh, let's just settle up the bill now. You write me a check". Well, we did just that and if I hadn't seen Dan across the street that day who knows how long this dispute would have gone on. We felt like we were being blown as no one answered calls from us. I sent Dan an email explaining we were members on Angie's List and I really didn't want to submit a negative review but we had issues with CertaPro. That got the ball rolling. As I mentioned, the complaints for the most part have been resolved to our satisfaction. There's still overspray on bushes as a reminder of short cuts taken by this particular crew. Maybe other painting crews from CertaPro are more professional then this one but the damage to CertaPro's reputation, from our point of view, is done.

Representitives from this company were canvasing our neighborhood inquiring if anyone would be needing painting in the near future. We did, so they took our name and phone numbers and said that someone from the company would be calling later that week to set up a time to come do a quote. It was over 2 weeks before we heard from this company, but we set up an appointment for them to come out. About a half hour before the appointment, the person called and left a message to cancel due to needing to go to a doctor's appointment and asked that we reschedule. Now, I can understand that things come up and you need to reschedule, but given the long time to even get a initial response to make an appointment, I won't be rescheduling with this company. Too much work to get a quote from them. No thanks.

Overall the process was quite pleasant. I will use the painter again.

I received a $1600 quote from Adam at CertaPro for an exterior paint job. During the initial visit Adam was very professional. Shortly after I sent in a $400.00 deposit which was more than the required 10% down. I received a letter from CertaPro stating my job would be scheduled for mid-July. I did not hear anything from the company until I made contact with Adam by telephone att he beginning of August. He was surprised that no one was in touch with me and said he would have the painter contact me. This was around August 5th. The next day the painter showed up to inspect the job. During the inspection, he explained to me that there was some additional wood that needed replaced. I explained this was not part of Adam's original quote and I would need to contact him.This is where things started to go South. I called Adam and explained what I had been told and asked why he had not included the full repair instead of a partial. Adam started to make excuses, 1st stating that it was overcast the day he came up. When I stated if the weather was not appropriate he should have come another day. Adam then stated that it had been since June when he was out, and the weather could have made it worse. That is not remotely possible since it took 10 years for the house to need painting. Soon I was playing go between with Adam and the painter. When I suggested Adam contact the painter to discuss his findings, he did not seem pleased. I asked him to contact me back. Adam did not call back within what I consider an appropriate timeframe, so I called and cancelled the job. All I received was an OKAY. While I do not know it as fact, I think Adam was pleased that I cancelled since they were so far behind in jobs.I would have understood if someone from the company had contacted me to explain they were delayed due to the weather and give us a new date. That did not happen. The owner did contact me the same day about the cancellation. He was polite and sent my refund within a day. What I did not appreciate is that he continually made excuses and at one point made the statement "most of our customers understood the delay due to weather". I would have understood too if someone had contacted me.Bottom line is that this company will definitely provide a lower quote on a paint job, but buyer beware. .

I love working with this Company. They came out and gave us a very fair quote and Dan, the owner/sales person, is a wonderful delight to work with.... very personable. The contract that was written is clear on what is to be done and what is expected of the home owner, so there is never a surprise. The workers showed up on time, were professional and very polite towards us. They kept their job site clear of debris, we have a new pup that loves to steal any thing that is not nailed down, and they worked hard. The workers were gentlemen the whole time and never stopped working until the job was done. I could not believe there is so much to do when just power washing vinyl siding, but the workers pay much attention to detail and getting the home really clean. Anytime we can use this company and their employees we will, for they are so professional and they get the job done right and on time. Thank you!

In the past we had really had bad experience with painters, but not with CertaPro painters. From the owner, to the field supervisor, to the crew supervisor, to the crew, everyone was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were very impressed with their work ethics, quality of workmanship, professionalism and friendliness that the painting crew gave us. Living in a very old home there is always problems when we remodel, but the crew of CertaPro Painters met those problems head-on and every time they impressed us with their quality of work.

Quickly delivered estimate and clearly explained all aspects of the estimate. Was able to schedule the job for the day after the estimate was approved. Paint crew arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was done, which was around the time estimated. Exceptional work on the walls and especially fixing the transition from the crown and baseboard to the walls. Obviously painted by professionals. The crew cleaned up leaving no trace they had been there except for the incredible paint job. Everything went as expected and hoped for.
