A little slow to get to me but kept me updated and when they painted it was don in 1 day. Workers friendly and insisted I check the work begore they left. Left us extra paint for touch ups. No mess left behind.

Nice group of workers, very friendly. Day 1 covered everything before starting, seemed very organized. Things seemed to be going great. Day 2 they didn't show up until around 10:00a.m. and work crew was cut in half, was told they had another job. Day 3 they didn't show up until around noon (said they would be there around 9 a.m.). Came back Day 4 and I had asked them to paint some doors, agreed (extra cost of course, they did a good job). Problems: not until my neighbor brought it to my attention did I know that they were leaving the front door to our building (we live in a condo downtown) open. There is always a security issue here. I explained this but door was still being left open. A few days after they were gone, I noticed that they had left paint on the light fixtures, fire alarms, water sprinklers. There is a part that they did not paint in the TV room you can see when sitting on the couch; was obvious they only painted one coat in some areas. The trim on half of the doors was not painted (all trim at the top of the doors was left). It was apparent that only one coat was put on most of the trim. Really a shame, they were super nice people. (On a side note they absolutely 'reeked' of smoke - I said nothing about this but thought it unprofessional). I was so ticked off I refused to get them back and ended up painting the trim myself. To be fair, they did a good job of painting the common area (less the paint on fixtures/top of fridge). I was impressed with a customer service call I received when I sent in my issues. The rep left a message and told me she would do what ever she could. I believe they are striving to be a reputable company as they ask for feedback. Unfortunately, some of the painters just don't do a good job or what they are suppose to do. If they would have painted/cleanup everything they were suppose to would have given them a higher rating.

Very well,timely completion. Worked with us to correct an issue that developed.

They did a great job. They were in our home for about 4 weeks and helped us complete several projects.

There were problems with communication. We needed to have one bathroom functional so that people in the house on varying schedules could get ready for work. We were assured that this could be done, that the job would be split into 2 days, having each bathroom painted on a different day. When the painters, who were subcontracters, arrived they said they had not been told this. They had planned on one day for the job. This resulted in exactly what we were trying to avoid, having to ask the painters to vacate the bathroom several times so it could be used to get ready for work. And they had to come back the 2nd day to finish the 2nd bathroom anyway. Some of the paint the painters brought was wrong , even after I had called to confirm with Certapro which colors and which type of paint went in which rooms. The painter said he did not get a phone call from Certapro confirming the paint colors etc. The paint for one room was correct and the lead painter did go out and buy the correct paint for the other two rooms. The clean up after the first day was fine, but we had to do some cleaning up after the second day of painting. There are a few spots that need touching up.

They are an awesome company! They made sure our windows were spotless when they were done from paint... even paid for exterior cleaning. They were on time and got the job done in a few days. Wonderful workers! We have a big house and they stayed on the job until it was done.

I was very happy with the results. The painters were very courteous and professional and the quality of their work was excellent. We were having other work done at the house at the same time which inconvenienced them a little, but they did not show that it bothered them at all.

Certa-Pro did a terrific job. Punctual, professional and clean. I would absolutely reccomend them to others.

A great experience from start to finish. I needed someone to work to a tight schedule as we were having carpet installed as well & they did a perfect job - starting and completing exactly as planned. I am very pleased with the completed painting. Excellent communication before, during and after the work. It couldn't go any better. A++. Cert Pro did the exterior of my house last year and it went just as well. Highly recommend!

The two crews (two crews were needed b/c there was a slight misunderstanding whether or not a forty foot ladder was needed in order to complete the job) who came out were courteous, punctual, hard working, and did a terrific job.Wlt.e're very pleased with the end result.

It had been raining every day for a week and they had called and thanked us for our patience..Then on a Sunday it was a good weather day and they came and started painting about 1PM and worked very hard and completed it at 9PM because they said it was going to rain on Monday. It did rain on Monday. I went out on Tuesday and inspected the job and it was done very well.

It went extremely well! Shaun Childers and his crew were very professional and gave extra attention to detail to their work. Both the kitchen and bedroom turned out beautifully! The crew was courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. They made sure I checked over both rooms and were up to my expectations before they left. I would strongly recommend CertaPro Painters!

We were very pleased with their work. The men were polite and friendly. The did not waste time.

CertaPro Painters were very prompt with the estimate, which was lower than previous two estimates from other companies. We found CertaPro Painters to be professional and easy to work with, they called ahead to schedule power washing and then the painting. They showed up as promised. We are very happy with the paint job, the painters were careful to protect our landscape, and they did a good job cleaning up when they were finished. We would highly recommend this company and we will use them again in the future.

Very happy with experience. Called for quote and met with the owner at the house along with another person from the office. Pricing was very much inline with their competitors. We had 4 companies bid on the job. Based off initial meeting we decided to work with CertaPro as we found them to be personable and easy to deal with. Signed contract and paid deposit. Scheduled for power wash and that happened as planned. We also met with a color coordinator that came out at no charge as part of the service. We found her insight to be very helpful. The painters then came and painted. Very professional. At end of job we walked through and pointed out anything that might need touched up. Literally just a couple things that only I would notice. Touch ups done and only trace of painters left was a fresh paint job that we are very happy with. I would recommend working with them.

They were prompt in returning calls to schedule the estimate. The estimator came promptly and did a great job in explaining the services they were going to offer. They were prompt in billing me after the job was completed, calling me within an hour of the job being completed. Those were the only things that they did on time. Everything else only happened after I called them. The painters eventually showed up (to be fair, there were a lot of rainy days). They set up, started painting, and then told me how hot it was and left for about 5 hours. They came back, painted a little more, and then took down all the ladders and left. They came back a couple of days later (rain again) to finish the job. I left, and when I got home, they were gone. It didn't look like the job was done, lots of missed spots. I called the main number, eventually the painter called back. They came back in a few days, late in the day, instead of first thing in the morning as promised. The foreman explained how they had a flat tire and no spare as the cause for being late. Later, he told me about how they had stopped at some garage sales. I paid for 2 coats of paint on the house and trim. If some of the trim wasn't painted, and they were only back for 3 hours, how did the unpainted trim get 2 coats? I felt like they treated me like a second class citizen, they were always at some other more important job. When you called, you always got the national service, never the person who did the quote. They roughed up all my landscaping, and didn't put anything back in place. And, quality control was poor - lots of missed spots and single coat areas. Also, they gave me a final bill that showed a $100 charge for "free" window cleaning. I called, and they tried to explain how free could cost $100. They did call for the final bill quickly, though.

It all went very well just as they said it would. They were punctual and well organized. They went over what was to be done and made sure the paint colors were what we wanted before they started. They finished in a timely manner and were very thorough in their cleanup. I would certainly use them again.

The work went very well. They finished in a timely fashion. All cleanup was provided by CertaPro when they completed the job. We were putting our house up for sale, and I believe the work CertaPro provided helped us sell in less than 60 days and get us a price for our home that we were happy with. CertaPro had our interests in mind at all times and presented us with options to choose from. Their follow up was very good also. We would recommend CertaPro to anyone looking to upgrade their home, inside or outside.

There was some confusion about what was to be painted but the painter showed me what could be done and it cost me less than what was contracted. They reduced the price to reflect the difference and did a good job. They were behind on start date a bit but understandably delayed because of all the rain.

Outside painting and schedules can always be a problem due to weather. This was not a high priority project, but the company made time for the small job we tasked them to do. This is the first nor the last time we will use their services. We have used them to repaint the exterior of our home. To paint the ceilings of a home we were selling for a family member, To paint interior walls of a business location.

We met CertaPro Painters at the Columbus Home and Garden Show in April. We asked a representative to contact us concerning trim and deck painting. Soon after that, we received a call and Jason scheduled a time to come out to look at the job and give us a price quote. He was there, as promised, and gave us a detailed estimate on painting cost and took pictures of wood repair, which would consist of replacement wood under window and door due to rot. As soon as Spring weather permitted, we received a call to schedule painting date which was in May. The friendly painting crew came first thing in the morning and worked all day. We realized that the gutters looked really bad after the fresh white trim was painted. Ray checked on cost for that and we were pleased that could go ahead and paint the gutters also. The entire job was completed that day and the deck also looked great. Ray came back the next day to touch up any deck places that needed it. All members of the crew were friendly and we felt we knew them when they left. The gentleman repairing the wood trim was also efficient and job was done professionally. We would definitely call CertaPro in the future when we need painting done. They were organized and no mess at all after they left!

Overall we were very happy with our experience with CertaPro Painters. Our first contact was with the sales rep Dan Goodman. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with us as we didn't end up performing work until about two years after his original quote. He did a great job of staying in touch but not being pushy. We were having difficulty deciding on exterior paint colors and Dan recommended Mary a color consultant who helped us make color selections. Dan was very prompt in following up to refresh our quote, in fact he was here within 10 minutes of our phone call. We made a special request for Shawn Paynes paint crew. Weather caused some delays in timing of completion of the work but Shawn made extra effort to make sure that he fit in our job before leaving on his vacation. In order to do so he even worked on a Sunday. Shawn was very easy to deal with and it was important to him that we be happy with his work. He and his assistant did a great job. There was one particular area that was pretty tricky to paint and Shawn came up with a way to address the issue (cutting in a paint edge on stucco bordering the ceiling in a sunroom). It looks fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend Dan and Shawn!

All of the men involved with this job were very professional and thoughtful in doing the job for us. We were very pleased that all of the garden spaces surrounding the house were undisturbed by their activity as that has not been the case in the past with other painters. The job was done efficiently, professionally and within the written estimate. The house (22 years old) looks brand new. We are happy to recommend CertaPro Painters and will certainly use them again for any future painting projects.

First someone came and replaced some rotted trim on the house. Next, someone came and powerwashed the exterior. The painters set up an appointment to discuss colors. They brought samples and actually painted them on for us to look at. Once. The painters arrived the next day and began the work. We had some rain so there was a slight delay in the completion but overall the job took about two full days. About a week later they came back to touch up a couple of small areas. The painters were courteous and professional. They were very mariculture about clean up when they were finished. Derek communicated with us all along the way, calling to let us know when they would arrive to work.

PAINTERS WERE PROFESSIONAL IN ALL THEIR COMMUNICATIONS WITH ME AND PAINTED ACCORDING TO MYREQUESTS. JOB WAS DONE NEATLY, QUICKLY, AND WITH MINIMAL INVOLVEMENT ON MY PART. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS.
