Outstanding job! What more is there to say? We collected four separate quotes and while we were looking at price, more importantly we were looking at quality and knowledgeability in terms of painting stucco. I had done some research about what type of paint should be used but Adam, who I worked with, discussed the positives and negatives of that type of product. He finally sold me with his experience, confidence in product and quality of crews. Boy was he right on! He knew what we needed and I'm sure I would've made a huge mistake if I'd gone a different route like some other companies encouraged me to do. Even 2 years later my house looks like it was freshly painted and I'm so impressed as I drive up my own driveway! I will hire them again and again! Some people think price determines quality of job, I think experience, reviews, quality of crews, and overall knowledge in the area determines a happy customer. A++

The final results were good and the rooms look nice. We had an issue during the process but the owner of the company worked with us to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

They were okay to work with. The salesmen came out to give us a quote and a timeframe of how long it would take however, it was different than what the project manager said. It took them four days to complete the job and there did not seem to be enough painters on the job. There were only 3-4 people here doing the work but the results are fine.

Certa pro came out for a consultation. They were very professional. After deciding to get my room painted, I was given a paint coupon for Sherwin Williams to get some sample paint. After I still couldn't decide on color, they offered a free color consultation. I was then able to select a color that I liked. The actual painting of the room was excellent! I just love it and can't stop looking at the walls. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for their services.

I am once again thrilled with the service of CertoPro. The painter is courteous and accommodating - and so professional, working around kids, schedules and my preferences. Very happy with the outcome!

I have used CertaPro Painters several times and they never disappoint. Not only are they fantastic painters - professional and fast - they are easy to work with as you can schedule and communicate via email and/or text. They worked me in last minute and worked around my crazy schedule. Highly recommend this franchise. They are extremely professional and trustworthy.

Painters arrived on time, painted trim, cleaned up, and were waiting for us to come back so we could walk through it with them and make a payment. We had not noticed during that walk through that they missed the back part of a railing near our porch. There was no problem they came back out to paint that one area. All in all they were very responsive and I would use again

Sent my deposit for agreed work in late July had to call them in August and finally got a response late August that job would be done in early September. Due to weather they did not start job until third week of September. Once they started job they were polite and cleaned up work area at end of day but I noticed the name on their shirts and their truck was not Certa Pro.. When finished I did a quick look over and looked OK, also asked about the second coat and they said they do both coats at same time (I am not an expert but how do you do two coats at the same time??). After they left I took a closer look and found four (4) areas (small but noticeable) that were missed. Called sales representative late August and again in late October. Finely spoke with him in early November and explained issue, he said they will take care of it. Called last week (November 26) for status, left message, no call back yet even though as part of my message stated call me or a review will go on Angie's List. I could fix areas myself but that is why I hired them. Also I wonder how they missed the same four spots when I was told they do two coats. Price was good but not happy with final result (missed spots).

We had an ugly ceiling in the house we bought, it had tile and fake would beams on it. The previous owner glued everything on so if we would have removed it we would had to re-drywall it. The ceiling is about 14 ft up so we could not do the work ourselves and re-dry walling was very expensive. We decided to paint it all one color and hope it would blend in. The gentleman that did the work did a great job. He finished the work in about 4 hours and everything looks great.

The salesperson was very nice. The cost estimate was very thorough. They were prompt in fitting us into their schedule and did a great job all in one day! They promised to send a cleaning crew to clean the windows following the painting. They came and did their job promptly and efficiently as well.

They did a great job. I love the new color of our front door! I will use Certa Pro again when i repaint the inside of our house.

The work took longer than expected and we had to follow up numerous times to get them to completion. The finished product looks great but they required too much follow up. After the initial painting, they ordered our shutters and were to return to complete install and touch ups. It took 4-5 phone calls and over 3 weeks from original house painting to complete the touch ups and shutters. Again, finished product looks terrific.

The company was fairly price-competitive from the beginning. They were easy to work with and quick to reply. The crew of 4-5 guys did the job in about 3 work days. Each day they left everything cleaned up and looking nice. As the main color dried, it just didn't look right to us. We panicked a little and reached out to the project manager Joe about this. His response was very reasonable and he seemed willing to work with us to get it right. As it turned out, once the trim and accent colors were in place, everything looked great and we didn't need to change any colors after all. But their responsiveness to the idea of a possible change was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company based on our experience.

Excellent service. Willing to work with the timing of the construction of the new room and surrounding area - willing to paint the exterior before patio was laid, then willing to do the interior prior to floor installation. Very responsive, and painters were very professional and personable. Would definitely hire them again for future painting projects..

I had some issues with the painting job, but CertaPro painters did resolve everything to my satisfaction.

Quality / efficient work by an experienced crew. Excellent customer service from the owner (Dan Goodman) and his staff. I would recommend them to friends and utilize their services in the future. As an architect, I am not easily satisfied . . . just ask Dan : ) I graded them a 'B' (should actually have been an A-) for "QUALITY" only because I had to call them back for some touch up work (which they took care of the following day).

They were very responsive and professional. Each call was returned promptly, and emails answered timely. They had to delay a few days due to rain but were pretty much on schedule. They were several hundred dollars under another company that we were originally going to go with but who kept pushing our service out for several months. Certa pro came in and did a much quicker job than the other company could even come close to. I really appreciate their professionalism and the responsiveness.

overall it went well. they gave us an estimated time frame, but they exceeded it and we had to call twice to get them to come. then they were supposed to call two days ahead of time and they called me the day of. the painters were nice and did a great job!

They were punctual, made an appointment and on time. They were very expensive.

I will not be using them, and will not ever consider using them in the future due to price.

Overall, they did a fine job painting. The reason I marked them down was communication. First, contract set in advance with approximate start date mid-June. I had to contact them as mid-June arrived and I hadn't heard about a start date. On the date the powerwasher was supposed to show, they didn't; again, I called to see what was up and when they were going to come. The painters used my previous shutter paint, then proceeded to take the leftover paint with them. Again, I had to call to get the leftover paint returned (hello - I may need to colormatch). All that being said, they were responsive when I did call.

The painters arrived before the agreed upon start time, but did not ring doorbell until the exact start time. Ray and his assistant worked diligently throughout the day and were professional from start to finish. The job they did is beyond excellent. Not a drop of paint on anything. I highly recommend CertaPro Printers and do not intent to use any other company for further painting jobs.
