This was a seamless process from the estimate through the finished product. Ray is a great guy and a great painter. My dad lives with us and he painted for 60 years - he thought that the work was excellent. That' s a great compliment to Ray and his crew! Not only was the work done quickly (with a 3-person crew), but everything was neat and tidy when they finished, which I really appreciate. CertaPro gave us a great price for the work done. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

Painter was very efficient said it would take two short days and it did. Arrived at 9:00each day and left by 3:00 The colors were relayed to the painter by the company and he had the correct info. He repaired all the imperfections in the walls. He said he was an independent painter hired as a sub by this company which led me to believe I could have gotten a better price straight thru him.

Painters did a nice job, quite professional and friendly. But our salesman was unresponsive and never returned my emails/messages when the contract was signed. I had to contact the owner directly. It took 6 weeks before they could start because of all the rain that delayed their schedule.

Very professional team; and responsive to all concerns. The job tooklonger than expected because paint was not covering surfaces to their satisfaction. There was no additional cost to me for the additional work.

It was fine. I was happy with the results of the interior painter, and my wife was happy too. We mostly had him work on ceilings and walls. We were very impressed by both painters and how careful they were. Their cleanup was excellent too. The price was reasonable.

I was very happy with CertaPro. They were always responsive when I called and you can tell they truly care about their customers. The foreman were nice and they did a good job. The biggest thing I was pleased about was their flexibility and willingness to accomidate the customer. The power washer showed up on time (right day) and cleaned the exterior. The painters were here early and worked all day until sundown, they cleaned up the yard each night ( took 3 days to paint the house, garage and deck) and did a fantastic job. When we need our house painted next time I will call certapro again

It went really well. They painted 2 rooms and the trim. They cleaned up nicely. The paint made such a difference!

We had a kitchen and entry hallway, upstairs hallway and a bedroom painted. They did a good job. They were really thorough, easy to work with and they wanted to make sure we were happy. And anything that we noticed that needed a touch-up, they returned and touched it up and certainly no issues there. We were very satisfied.

The painters came when scheduled. They even painted some on a Sunday. We've had 3 people stop by our home and ask if we had been happy with the service because the house looked excellent. We had CertaPro Painter paint our home last time it needed it and obviously we came back a second time. We've been extremely happy with the results

Excellent workmanship. Showed up when they said they would, and had adequate manpower and supplied for the job. They did a great job taping and covering the woodwork and molding. We were very impressed with the quality of the work, very professional.

Have been a customer of Certa-Pro for over 10 years and have had numerous interior/exterior jobs performed. This one was typical of all the others - easy process to get written estimate, flexible scheduling, and quick response to any questions, etc. The crews contacted me in advance to ensure access etc; showed up according to schedules, very neat and very polite. This has consistently been my experience working with this company. I've had different crews for different jobs over the years and each has been very easy to work with. I've referred Certa-Pro to friends and neighbors and they've also had good experiences.

Certa Pro was EXCELLENT from start to finish. The person who originally came to give me the estimate was professional and patient, and always returned calls immediately. The workers were diligent and courteous. They were meticulous about their work and they really wanted to make sure I was pleased. The crew leader even stopped by the next day to double check the work and see if they missed anything. I was very impressed. I will definately use them again.

The team was very patient, courteous, professional and our yard was clean during the whole process. Each member was very polite which is a rarety these days! Our neighbors have taken notice as they drive slowly past the house. As a service provider, I recognize quality service and this company is top notch! Everything went very well. There were two guys that arrived on time and were very professional. They moved our furniture and covered everything to protect it and then placed it back and cleaned up after they were finished. After painting was done there was one spot that needed a touch up that we had not noticed before they left. There were no problems with having them come back to take care of it. I would highly recommend.

Our experience with Certa-Pro was very good. We worked with their color expert who was very helpful in selecting the colors. The painters arrived on time, repaired the drywall where needed, painted 2 coats on the living room, dining room and kitchen walls, cleaned up beautifully, and this was completed in one day. Very happy with results, and would recommend Certa-Pro to others.

The painters were on time every day, and worked hard to finish the project. They were personable and professional. Much of the wallpaper required hand scraping to take it down, and they did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves each day. All together this was a great experience.

It was more challenging to select color than you would think but the folks at CertaPro were very felexible. Once we start the painting, the painters were AMAZING! Immediately they gained our trust being in our how and were very considerate to keep as clean as possible during the process. Each day they promptly arrived and went straight to task. At the end of each day we would meet and work out a plan so that we could have the next area prepared. their approach made for a smooth process each day and kept the house not completely torn apart. In the middle of the job Jason (sales consultant) came to see how the job was going and if there was anything we needed. Great service! At the end we have a wonderfully painted home that we can show off to our friends and neighbors. I would defintely use CertaPro again and recommend to anyone looking to paint.

Did a really good. Really happy with the results. Went above and beyond what we needed him to do. On time and did a good job. They also put two coats on. It was a lot of work that we couldn't do.

The painters arrived on time, were cordial and friendly and explained what they were going to do and how long they expected the work to take. They worked quietly and quickly finished the job. They were very professional and really put extra effort into getting the job done on time. They did a great job matching paint. They did a great job addressing minor spots and even touched up a couple of spots they did not have too. I will definitely be using them in the future!!!

THey started on Friday 3/7 and took the beter part of a day and a half to get the wallpaper down and the walls prepared for painting. After that the project went much quicker and they were done by day 3.
