We had some work done in our new home and needed the rooms where the work was completed repainted. I hate painting and I'm not very good at it. I contacted CertaPro on the recommendation of a friend and got an estimate. The price was more than reasonable and so we contracted the work to be done. The painters were efficient, professional, and competent. They finished the work in less than 2 days. We had an issue with streaks after some of the paint dried. I had no problem with contacting the company, they were very responsive and the painter came back the next day. He apologized and said that it can be hard to see with the light in that room when the paint is wet. I could see exactly what he meant because I had a hard time telling if the streaks were just an effect of the light or streaks! He fixed the problem and the rooms look great! I would definitely use CertaPro again.

They were fabulous. We had some tricky spots that the coordinator came and checked to make sure that things were to our liking. They sent the same crew for both jobs. They were punctual, they called the night before to confirm when they were coming. They were like artists, they did not stop until it was perfect. I thought that was really impressive. I've used them in the past.

We asked them to begin the job in June and they started right on time June 1st. Once they began to work it was sprinkling outside so they had to postpone the work for safety and quality purposes. They left a note on our door explaining the reason they stopped and carefully stacked their supplies in the back. They arrived promptly the next day and finished the job. When they finished they reviewed the work with us, indicated where they had put 2 or even 3 coats of paint. They advised us to contact them if we had any problem with the work done within the next month. We are very satisfied with the work done.

Two years ago CertaPro came out and painted all the trim on our home. We are now selling and a home inspector noted some loose trim around the chimney. CertaPro came right away. They recaulked and reprinted all affected. They reprinted the area. This was all warranty work and they were awesome. They were very professional. They never questioned the report they just came and did the work So impressed with CertaPro and would definitely use them again

Everything went as planned. They were very responsive from the quote, scheduling, and the service. Jason did the quote, I needed some finishing touches done on a previous paint job(not done by Certapro). I needed a 3 color set up for 3 different spaces. Masterbath with a linen closet, the master bedroom walkin closet, and a small pantry in the kitchen. The painter, Ray arrived within the agreed upon time window and began work immediately. He worked very fast and meticulously. He then cleaned up completely asking several times if he'd done everything to my satisfaction. He did a great job and I was very satisfied with the overall value and result. I would recommend Certapro and I am going to use them to stain my deck as soon as I can get on the schedule.

Everything went seamlessly! From Jason and the initial quoting process, to the color consultant, and lastly the awesome paint crew that worked our project. Shaun, the lead painter for the project is really what set this job apart from any other work I have had done by other contractors in the past. He was an excellent communicator always giving me his ETA and explaining all the things he found along the way. Very professional and experienced in his work. Will definitely use them again!

foreman called the night before the job to give me the time his team would arrive. they were on time and promptly proceeded to begin. They all worked very well together. They were all very friendly and professional. The foreman answered all my questions. They stayed on the job and completed it in one day. Yes, I will use Certa Pro in the future as they have already done 4 or 5 jobs in the past. Great company to work with and they do a great job!

We live in a large one story house with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, great room, master bedroom and master bath. After meeting with Dan for an estimate, we decided to go with CertaPro which had great reviews on Angie's List. Also when we bought this house two years ago, CertaPro was recommended by the realty company. Our house had never been painted except for the builder's grade chalky white on all surfaces. We decided that we had had enough and sought a reliable company to do this big job for us. My husband and I are in our 60s and going up on a ladder is not recommended for either one of us. I liked being able to have a color consultant come out to help us make our color selections. We could not be more pleased with the colors that Angie helped us with. I also appreciated CertaPro keeping us informed as to when the work would start. Jorge and his crew did a beautiful job on our house, very meticulous and careful. Jorge did the ceilings in a day using six gallons of paint (yes, we have a LOT of ceilings!) on them. He and Karen worked as a team in prepping and painting. When it was time to do the great room and kitchen, three more fellows joined on the third day to complete the job. Everyone worked very hard and worked well as a team. We are extremely pleased with the completed project to paint much of our interiors in our 2800 s.f. home.

The painting crew did an excellent job and deserve an A rating for the quality of their work. However, the lack of communication from management to the crew regarding scheduling was unsatisfactory. Our estimator wrote the date we requested on our receipt but gave the painters an either/or date on their paperwork, thus causing us to be ready for them on the date promised and paint crew arriving the next day. The crew leader called 2 days prior to the original scheduled date and when he was told that we still wanted them on the original date he said he'd check on it and call us back which he did not do. Ordinarily, this wouldn't have been such a big deal, but it meant we had to delay delivery/installation of new carpet by a day. Fortunately, our flooring company was able to accommodate the change.

First of all this was not the first time we have had CertaPro. We have had them several times within the last few years. They painted our Cedar siding & Stucco on our entire house along with our Cedar addition and attached deck. The work was excellently done by workers who were courteous, friendly, clean and always prompt and on time. They covered bushes and plants and did not drip onto the stucco when they painted the deck.. We had other painting companies, but CertaPro was by far the best.. WE also had CertaPro paint the 3 remaining bedrooms, hallway bath, walk-in master closet and all the ceilings. It was a big job, but they did it efficiently and were very friendly and courteous. It was a big job. They had to move the large furniture items and were super careful with the antiques I had. Nothing was broken or scratched, which really surprised me because it was a huge undertaking. The cost of the job was in line, if not better then the other companies we had bid. Prompt and responsive. Sales representatives are professional and courteous. Job was completed in a relatively short time period. Workers were respective of property. Window panes were not covered while painting requiring window scraping upon completion of job.

They did the exterior. They were prompt and professional. They are a little more expensive but, we are considering them because of the work they did before.

Dan and his team are great. This is the second time we have used them and would definitely recommend them to others. Great work and even better people!

Super! I've used CertaPro a number of times for interior and exterior painting. Dan Goodman is always professional and offers great suggestions. This is the first time I've used them for carpentry work and I would use them again for sure. Nick was very courteous, professional and again, he did such a great job. CERTAPRO STEPPED UP BIG TIME Four years ago, I did not have a single good word to say about CertaPro Painters; today, I have nothing but the highest (and unsolicited) praise and thanks for a job that could not have been done any better. What happened to change my mind? Simply stated, CertaPro went out of its way to right a four-year old wrong (a horrible paint job done by a lousy subcontractor who no longer works for CertaPro). Rather than giving you a litany of what went wrong the first time the exterior of my two-story, cedar sided home was painted, let me tell you what went right the second time. CertaPro was fair and reasonable in reaching an agreement that met me more than halfway in terms of price. The craftsmen that CertaPro brought on site were top notch professionals, from the carpenter who replaced damaged cedar siding to the power-washing crew that removed blisters from the rest of the boards to the painters, who could not have been more thorough, careful or skillful in applying top quality paint (stain). I am more than satisfied with what was essentially a ?re-do? of a job that was muffed four years ago. I am not sure how many other contractors would have given me the time of day if I had asked them to re-visit a three-page, four-year old written complaint. CertaPro did that and more. They definitely did right by me. I am as grateful as I am pleased with the end result ? a house that looks as good as it did when we moved in 26 years ago. Save yourself the time and energy and just call Certapro first and use them for all your painting needs! Dan, the owner, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I had at least 10 estimates performed before I made my decision (so I've done all the legwork for you!), and I chose Certapro because they not only gave me the best price, they made me feel comfortable that I could trust their evaluation of the work to be done, that they had the expertise with which to do a good job, and they were the most obliging when it came to working within and getting it done in my time frame. Dan also arranged for a color consultant to come at no cost to me and help me pick out the perfect colors. Their crews were always punctual and polite and responsive to my questions and concerns. At the end of the first day of work, when there was an issue due to the coverage of the paint-- not the workmanship-- Dan came out himself to inspect it and completely rectified the issue. And when I decided to add more work, Dan agreed to have it done on the spot so that the job would still be finished within my desired time frame. I cannot say enough good things about Certapro. Dan and his crews provided an EXCELLENT service experience, the finished job looks outstanding, and I would not only recommend them, I will definitely use them for all of my future painting needs!!!

We opted for the whole house power wash, was called and told when they would arrive. They never did, received a call that night stating that wouldn't be there and would be there first thing in the morning. Didn't hear from them for a few days finally found out the person got bleach water in his eyes on a previous job and had to go to ER, but no call from the company stating this until I called. Once the painters arrived to paint they were friendly got right to work I was in the house until around 11ish and had to leave for work the painter then tried to get me to give him payment for the job that wasn't complete while telling me what little they had left to do and should be done with in the hour. I refused to give any type of payment since I hadn't seen the "finished" product yet and I had to leave for work. When I returned I found they had not painted the gutters or down spouts, there was paint on parts of the drip flashing that wasn't originally painted, they didn't clean off the paint from it nor did they just finish painting it either. The deck was horribly uneven on the coating and the spaces between the boards were not touched at all, they barely put one coat of paint on the shed doors, these are just the things I found, when I called the company the project manager came out a few days later and stated he would do a punch list. He found other things that were not done, such as no caulking, other places on the deck where the coating was uneven. While waiting for them to come back I have replace a few screws on the deck and replaced a damaged down spout. A week has gone by and the project manager came back out with another crew and it was cloudy and he was able to see more issues he stated that job would take more than the 3- 4 hours he had allotted for this crew and would send another crew out the next day to treat this as thought it were a brand new job and do it all over again. The new crew shows up the next day and gets started. Same deal I have to leave around 11ish and I ask the guys how long they are going to be painting since it was supposed to start raining at 12-1. They have a surprise look and asked when it was supposed to start raining I show them a weather map on my phone and he says he should stop so it will have time to dry. I'm puzzled at this point, how is it that someone that works outside doesn't check the weather before they work outside? I leave come home later that night and find that the paint on the gutters has dripped off on my drive way and the gutters look like crap. So the next morning I call the company and inform them of the waste of time they had on the previous day and want my gutters and all the work the did just before the rain redone. The send the painters back out in the rain to scrub the paint from my drive way. They finally come back out and finish the job. The shed doors are fine, the caulking looks finished the gutters look good except for the down spout I just replaced, the push my trash can up against it and damage it again, the screws I put in the deck that was supposed to be redone were still showing and there was trash all over my yard, broken landscape brick and one of the guys shirts just left in the yard. I had to call the company again for them come out and fix the issues. We bought a semi transparent stain for the deck but since they had to come out and redo it so many times it is no longer transparent. The project manager did state this to me that putting more coats on it will take away the semi transparent look to it, but my thought is had it been done right the first time we wouldn't have been having that conversation. The whole project took over a month and a half to get completed to my satisfaction.

Appreciated the professionalism of the crew and crew leader. He walked through with me every morning (the ones I was there) giving me his goals for the day and asking if everything was ok. There was a slight amount of overspray on my aluminum fence however I didn't even bring it up. It came off pretty easy and the job looked good so there was no reason to complain about something that I handled myself. Thanks guys. The house looks so much better than the shades of purple it was before!

Slow going at first,but the crew did an outstanding job with details.Very happy with Eric and his crew!! People thought we had NEW aluminum siding!! Looks like a new house!! People are always asking who painted the house!!

Salesman was quick to respond. We signed a contract on 6/13. The contract was for carpentry work and TWO coats of paint, on the exterior of the house. For the duration of the project that lasted until the middle of September, there was very little follow-up. I made many. many phone calls to find out when anything would be done. Several times I was told by the Superintendant that they had talked about it, the night before. However, I would then not hear anything, for weeks. The carpenter was excellent and professional. The power washing preparation for painting was done the next day. The plan was for painting shortly - it was several weeks until the painter showed up. The painter sprayed everything, including the trim. The trim lines were crooked. The front had some calking, but the painter must have run out - part of the front and none of the back was calked. As far as two coats - the painter missed total boards and the coverage was pathetic, let alone ever putting on two coats. I called the superintedant - he came out and had a longer punch list that I did. The punch out man was supposed to be out in 7 to 10 days. After two weeks, I had to call AGAIN. A week and a half later the punch out man showed up with a "punch list" - straighten crooked lines - what a joke. The punch out man tried to be considerate, however he missed some issues. After I signed the paper and he left, I noticed a mark on the 2nd story. When I investigated, I found two globs of calking on the wall that had just been painted over, the top of trim boards had not been painted. Some trim boards showed new wood still showing through - two coats - not. I repainted the peak of the house, myself. I didn't think I should have to climb two stories and inspect every inch of a job that I thought I had hired professionals, to do. I think the neighbor kids and his friends could have done a better job on everything, except the carpentry. We will never, ever use Certapro again. We were given a $200 credit for the agravation - hardly worth all of issues and poor quality of work.

Our salesman was very knowledgable but left us high and dry once we chose them as our provider. VERY poor follow up-non existent. We received a call about 4 weeks later at 8:30 pm with a message that they would be painting the next morning at 8. We hadn't even signed our contract since the salesman hadn't returned it to us when we asked for edits. The painters were thorough and actually did a nice job. There was a bit of paint on the doorknobs, but otherwise clean.

On time, polite, great follow up and cleaned up the property when finished. Outstanding work by a great team.

They came for the estimate as scheduled and explained the process well. We scheduled with them after meeting with two other companies. They had a delay due to weather but came on the day they said they would. Our place was powerwashed and then the outside was painted just as we asked. No issues with cleanup either. We've had them come out for additional estimates, and plan on using them again.

Walt Cliftton and son did an outstanding job painting the trim on our house. It took several trips by the painters to match our trim but Walt was very patient and understanding. My wife and would have Walt and son paint our home anytime. --------------- Thank you Walt Clifton

Even though WE removed the outlet covers we still had to scrap paint off of the outlets and switches. After the first coat ofpaint thepainter spackled several spots but did not primer those areas. Later those areas bleed through the next coat of paint. We did not feel comfortable having CertaPro back so we will repaint the spackled areas ourselves. They were more willing to come out and fix the issues but they were so minor we fixed them ourselves.
