Everything went well. The workers showed me everything that they were doing throughout the process which I appreciated very much. They worked hard and and cleaned up nicely, too!

Our house except for the roof is all paintable; this was a big job and our house is older, built in 1940. It is stucco outside and has a confusing amount of trim. The company provided us a colour service as part of the deal- Angie came out and helped us pick out a three colour scheme that would work with our redwood decks but not replicate it. We went from a light pinkish colour to a mocha overall, a dramatic change. We felt this was a great service. The crew did a wonderful job, with great attention to detail - the final balance of the colours on doorways especially looks really sharp. They kept the area clean and were very unobtrusive, given that they had to be all over the house. The weather was a little unpredictable over the week and the crew had to finish up on a Sunday, but overall we were pleased with them, the job they did and our result. From powerwashing to finish, time elapsed was about a week with three days wait time for house to dry. I felt the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I did get another quote from a contractor we had used and it was substantially higher. The crew foreman was very good and Patrick, who coordinated the timing, was very responsive to our scheduling needs. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Certapro is such a good company to deal with. Dan, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate. He was on time and very friendly. The estimate was fair, for all the work that had to be done. A deposit was made and a date was set. Certapro worked around our schedule and was able to recommenced a good drywall finisher to fix the drywall in the room and seal up removed skylights. Certapro kept in touch with the job the drywall finishers were doing and put the paint job on a schedule to commentate all. On the day of the painting Shawn with Certapro, and his crew showed up. Shawn, has done work for us in the past, has the nicest painters and they do the greatest job. This job was going to be a little time consummating for they needed to paint our movie theater room which has vaulted ceilings, wood beams, a lot of decorative moldings, and the room's ceiling needed to be white and the sidewalls needed to be painted a deep red. Also there was 3 exterior metal doors, wood jambs and an exterior metal Bilco door unit to be painted. Shawn and his crew went right to work and I did not hear anything from them for they worked hard. After two days of working Shawn told me they were done and was cleaning up. No mess, no fuss, just a great paint job and honest, friendly workers. There is two things I love about calling Certapro to do my painting needs. 1) Shawn and his crew is honest, friendly and they do all the painting, do a wonderful job, then clean up and move to the next job. 2) I do not have to do the painting! I first contacted CertaPro after receiving a flyer in the mail. I went to their website and set up an appointment. It was really easy because I could see all available dates and times online. The sales associate, Kevin, let me know he was on his way to my house. He arrived on time, gave me an estimate, and answered any questions that I had. I did not feel pressured by him and I felt the price was resonable. I contacted him to let him know we wanted to go ahead with the power washing and painting of our deck. He let me know it would probably be mid May before they could get the job done. They power washed and painted the deck on April 19th which is way sooner than I had imagined. I am super happy with their work. I have spoken to several employees who have been very helpful and kept me in the loop as to the timing and other questions. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for painters.

The work went well and took Thursday and Friday as well Saturday and ended on Sunday afternoon with perfection. I went over to Sherwyn Williams to pick up a quart of the dark green as well as a gallon of the grey paint. (Separate review.) SW had The Lakes at Bethel paints in a special book so there was no problem in getting paint. When I returned, Shaun did a beautiful job, with triple coat paint, on my front door. It looks like a brand new door! The garage door look great with a triple coat on it, too. At least two coats of paint are on my walls so everything is the perfect light beige--just as I wanted. The 3.5 bathrooms are just wonderful, as is the kitchen and my laundry room. I am delighted with their professionalism and great work. Needless to say, I WILL be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. I could not have asked for better!

It was fine for the most part. They messed up on the cleaning but came back out and fixed it. When they screw something up they need to come back and fix it right away. The workers were nice.

The painter came out to paint my home on Easter Sunday. The process took only a few hours and the results were amazing.

Thoroughly prepared a rather large family room for painting. Filled all nail holes and other damaged areas. Taped edges and covered all furniture, etc. Caulked the moldings and baseboards to gain a nice, crisp line. Painted four walls with our chosen paint and was done sooner than expected. Kenny did a great job. He was very careful to protect our furniture and other items in the room. He was fun and easy to talk to. Kenny made sure that we were satisfied with his work before he started packing up to leave. We definitely would ask for Kenny to do other jobs for us.

I have hired CertaPro for big indoor painting projects (either entire home or most of the home) for three houses in two states and I have nothing but good things to write. The entire process from initial phone call, to estimate to final walk through is first class. The painters were professional and punctual, the job took no more than the estimated time and the workmanship was fantastic (all three times). Most recently they painted my entire interior (excluding ceilings). There were a number of hole patches etc (eg we removed a large wall-mounted TV) that I was sure would show a bit after painting, it didn't and they were even so kind as to help me take the TV off the wall ( and by help I meant they did it because it was to heavy for me). At the close of the job I walked through with them and they cleaned up nicely every day. The other aspect I like about certa pro is the fact a color consultant helps you select colors, she did a great job guiding me and helped me think about the house as a whole, lighting etc.. As for price, I think they are very fair and occasionally they even run specials.

Awesome. I am thrilled with their service and continue to call on them! Highly recommend.

Had to wait a little later than planned (due to weather). They arrived promptly. We took a walk around the house and covered all items notated on the work order. Two man team worked quickly and effeciently.At the close of each day the area was left spotless. Recommendation to anyone having outside painting done == Paint the gutters, it gives an overall finished appearance

Very thorough job, well done. Painters and carpenters were courteous and professional. The job was completed in the promised time frame. Their price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we received and I would hire them again to do painting.

We had this work done after closing on our house but before moving in, so the window of time between when we could access the house to have a walk-through and get the quote and when we wanted to have the work completed was VERY short. The quote came in quickly and I think was reasonable. We were told the work could be completed in two days, which we did not believe was possible. But the workers who came out were efficient and did a great job within that timeframe. This even included additional patching that wasn't part of the original quote! I was certain that they'd cut corners but could find almost no problems with the quality of their work. In one room I could see the original paint coming through, and they added another coat on to fully cover it. I would hire this company again without hesitation.

Certapro team was kind and professional. So glad we chose them for our job. We have hired them to return in the spring to power wash and stain our deck!

Excellent work! Advised me well regarding needed carpentry repairs. Reviewed all work in detail with every punch list item. Did not quit until I was totally satisfied.

CertaPro seems to have brought on someone whose job it is to help insure customer satisfaction. I was contacted by this gentleman who listened to my issues. The Project Manager cam out and again, reviewed the situation and agreed to correct it. After discussion we agreed that they would correct all the issues with the final finishing of the deck and do their best to match the deck color (the original paint is no longer available). It was further agreed at that time that because the color could not be matched and that it would be difficult to break the seal of the current paint, so the deck would not be uniform (can still see some of the issues from before), CertaPro would come back out in the spring of 2016, powerwash the entire deck to break the seal and re-stain it at a significant discount. While I still feel strongly that, had the job been done correctly at the beginning, I would be a much happier camper, I am pleased with their willingness to make it right. This deck job was not the first work they have done for me. I have been satisfied with the other project.

Luckily I had the same crew that painted the inside of my home. This is a 7200 sqft house with 40 foot high exterior walls. The first step was a complete power washing and then replacement of all the fascia around the garage doors and all the dormers due to dry rot. They were complete in a week and even came back inside the house to touch up areas after I moved the furniture back in when the floors were completed, nice touch. This home is currently on the market if anyone is interested in seeing photos of Certa Pro's work. They painted all the white trim, outside doors, garage doors and spot painted the siding where needed. Very happy with the outcome

The crew assigned to me by Certa Pro was led by Juan and thy performed a fabulous job for me. They were prompt and contacted me directly and cleaned up after every day. I have a 7200 sqft home with 30 foot ceilings and they were done in just over a week and a half with 6 different colors. I was debating on having the wood floors refinished before the painting but could not schedule it so the painting was done first. this resulted in having to repaint the baseboards throughout the house due to scuff marks from the sanders. Juan and his team happily repainted the areas for me at no extra cost! They personally walked around upon completion with me and performed any touch ups required until I was completely satisfied. Extremely happy with this company and their staff.

We chose CertaPro because we had had a previous experience that went very well. We found out later that we had worked with a previous franchisee no longer in the business. The office people, supervisors, etc. were responsive and helpful. The actual paint crew was very sloppy and unprofessional. Many things were missed, there were many paint drips, they didn't always clean up completely, smoked on the job, etc. It took two months to get the punch list completed, and there were some items we just gave up on and took care of ourselves. It was a disappointing experience.

It was a very poor experience. The painters weren't professional and the quality of the work was very poor. They painted through the rain which caused issues and didn't have adequate equipment to handle the job. I contacted the owner of the company and he completely disregarded my complaint.I would not recommend this company for any project.

They did an excellent job! The crew, led by Giovanni, was very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the job that CertaPro did.

CertaPro came out to our newly built house, measured and gave us an estimate, which was way less than a lot of other paint companies that gave us quotes. They came and painted our entire new built 2-story house (minus bathrooms, trim and ceilings) in only 2 days, which included two coats of paint. We selected 4 different colors of flat Sherwin Williams paint. They did a great job! It was fast, well done and affordable.

Someone stole our copper gutters and CertaPro installed new aluminum gutters and downspouts on our garage. I was surprised to learn that CertaPro Painters did gutters. They did a great job.
