This is a most unfortunate rating. We care deeply about our customers and about our work. We stand behind our work and in this case [Member Name Removed] left out several key pieces of information. 1. I was referred to [Member Name Removed] by her daughter who was satisfied with our exterior paint job 2. I estimated all the trim to be one color . [Member Name Removed] chose to accent dental molding with a dark color. I upgraded her paint to a more expensive paint so the extreme color change could be made more easily. She was asked to cover the additional paint cost but no additional labor cost 3. after rotten wood was replaced by our carpenter and the house was powerwasher out crew started the job 4. While our lead painter was away from the job site our other painter kept working. He did fall on the driveway and spilled paint 5. [Member Name Removed] called upset. Within 24 hours we powerwashed the entire driveway and had another crew complete the job We responded very quickly and resolved the situation. [Member Name Removed] asked for and received a discount of 350 off the job . Then After more than a month the bill was paid. We painted hundreds of paint jobs in 2015. This rating is not representative of how we handed this job or of the kind of work we have completed for thousands of customers over the past 20 years. I appreciate the opportunity to respond.
