JEFF CALLED TO SAY HE WOULD BE A FEW MINUTES LATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUT EXTRA WORK INTO A FEW SPOTS THAT I POINTED OUT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Description of Work: JEFF CLEANED OVER 200 SQ FT OF EXTREMELY NASTY CARPET TRACKED WITH ROAD TAR AND BY KIDS AND DOGS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS BEYOND SAVING. JEFF USED SEVERAL SPRAYS, THEN A REAL STEAM VACUUM TO REMOVE ALL THE STAINS AND REMOVE THE DOG SMELL. HE EVEN REPAIRED A WORN EDGE BY REPLACING THE ALUMINUM TRACK. AFTER CLEANING, HE BRUSHED UP THE CARPET, MAKING IT LOOK LIKE NEW.
