Very responsive, reasonable and professional experience. I originally requested new locks but they were able to re-key and repair the old ones which I appreciated. I would use them for all my locksmith needs.

Darin arrived on time and is very professional. He is knowledgeable and was able to quickly get my locks working properly, he even used some of his own parts to fix the problem caused by the previous locksmith. His prices are also very reasonable. I will call him again with any other lock issues I have in the future. I would also like to add the locks that he repaired are older double dead bolt storm door locks that some locksmiths are not too familiar with. I'm posting pictures just in case someone has a similar lock and need a locksmith who knows how to rekey or repair them.

Darin looked at storm door and right away knew it was not the dead bolt lock but problem was door was not lined up. He fixed it and now works perfectly. I recommend Darin for your next locksmith project.....

I needed 2 new deadbolts and all the locks on my new house re-keyed. Darin was really helpful during my initial call. He told me to purchase the deadbolts myself and he would install them. If he provided the goods then he would have to charge sales tax on the entire job. So I thought that was nice of him to help save me a little money. Darin was scheduled to come out around 10 but was late. He didn't arrive until 11:30ish. But he was efficient and the price was reasonable.

Changed the locks on a new home and they now work like a charm. Very easy to schedule an appointment and friendly and professional service.

He was fantastic. Came out the same day and fixed it in a few hours. Our door was hung badly and we always had to pull up to latch the door and deadbolt. He fixed that too without being asked!!!!! I'm thrilled and the price was great!!

Shaky at first. Darin was scheduled to come at 4:00 on Friday afternoon, but was unable to make it because his van died on him and it required maintenance. He said he would call Saturday when his van was repaired to see if he could make it then. He did call in the afternoon after he got his van back and came out shortly thereafter. The job went quickly and smoothly. The lock works well and now matches the other two doors. Although he did not make it as scheduled, he was apologetic about it. Clearly it was beyond his control and did not cause us any inconvenience, so no harm no foul. He was prompt when he had a working van and his charge was very reasonable.

Great! I had called the dealership for a replacement, but said they didn't keep the codes for that long. Suggested I call a locksmith. Called a couple and Central Ohio Locksmith came out on top (on both personality and price). Darrin was very helpful, came out next day, quickly made 2 keys and both he and we were on our ways. Even gave us a link to a website for a replacement remote. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will call again if needed in the future. Great job.

I am moving into a new home this week, and I called yesterday (at the time of review) to see if there were a chance that I could get someone to change my locks within this week. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly Darin could come out! He came out earlier today and changed all the locks for me, including the storm door and sliding glass door. I would say the whole process did not even take twenty-four hours, which is excellent!

He did a fantastic job. He worked it at for a long time. He was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Re key is great, all locks work. Haven't been able to shut the back door properly since moving in, it was an easy fix that Darrin did and I really appreciate it. Also bored out the deadbolt space in 2 doors so that they would be more effective. Friendly and respectful in my home. Took off shoes without being asked.

Darin was incredibly helpful and copied a key for my trusty old Subaru. Not only did two Subaru DEALERSHIPS in the area have difficulty duplicating my original key, but they blamed their failure to cut the key on my car and I. Knowing that I was going to get nowhere fast with them, I contactef Darin, he arrived promptly, immediately got to work, solved my key problem in approximately 15 minutes, and had accomplished something that even the dealers could not. I cannot recommend Darin enough for his assistance.

Called on a Thr morning and Darin said he could be at our new house that afternoon. I actually lost track of time and was at grocery store when he called to tell me he was at my house. I asked him to pls wait a few minutes that I screwed up and lost track of time. He said it was not a problem. He was so pleasant, very efficient and professional. He changed the locks on 3 doors, fixed a the handle on one of the doors because it was sticking, and changed the lock on the screen door to match as well. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Darin retunred call shortly after i contacted him - less than 1 hr i think. showed up when he said he would. gave good advice about maintaining locks and keys. Actual cost was on the lower end of estimated cost range. Very happy that I have working keys.

I called him around 4p that day. He said he would be there in 45-60 minutes. He was here at 5p. He fix the front door lock. It was a small piece of metal that had worked itself into the cylinders over the years to freeze it. We were having a few problems prior to that locking the door. I ask him if he had time to work on the 2nd door since he was here. He said yes. He worked on that door for a very long time. That door had settled down and was causing the lock not to open. He fix it. I have never used a locksmith before so I didn't know what to expect. Darin was here for 1 1/2 hrs and only charged me $75.00. The only problem I had was that the front door face plate was not straight but he fix it when I brought it to his attention
