The roofing was fine, but the metal stripping covering the old wood frame is not properly sealed, so rain water leaks between the metal and the wood. The metal stripping that was over the garage fell off during a storm, and had to be totally removed or it would have damaged the garage door. Just shoddy work was done. I requested that he replace the metal over the garage with siding; he (Doug Serrott) agreed and never called back to set up an appointment. When I did call him he would hang up when he discovered I was calling to set up the repair and he did not return any of my phone calls.

When it comes to service and returning calls, he does not respond. Once he gets your money he is done with you. He never went through with me and did a walk through. He kept saying I'll call you, and he never did. I would call him and get his voice mail. One time I did get hold of him, and he hung up on me. I would not recommend him.
