MY ROOMMATE CALLED THIS COMPANY TO SET UP A TIME TO COMPLETE AN APPRAISAL. THE OWNER ASSIGNED THE JOB TO ANOTHER APPRAISER AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD CALL TO SET UP A TIME IN THE NEXT DAY OR SO. THIS WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL BACK, WENT AND UTILIZED ANOTHER APPRAISAL SERVICE.

THE REPRESENTATIVE (I CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME) ANSWERED THE PHONE DIRECTLY (NO VOICE MAIL). HE WAS WILLING TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT PERFORMING ANY ACTUAL WORK FOR ME. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS THAT I ASKED HIM ABOUT VERY WELL. IF I NEEDED ANYBODY TO DO AN APPRAISAL FOR ME IN THE FUTURE, I DEFINITELY WOULD CALL THEM FIRST.
Description of Work: I CALLED UP THE COMPANY TO GET AN INDEPENDENT OPINION FOR AN APPRAISAL PROCESS THAT WAS PERFORMED FOR ME WITH A DIFFERENT APPRAISAL COMPANY.

IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO APPRAISE YOUR REAL ESTATE OR YOUR HOME, THIS IS YOUR GUY. A VERY NICE MAN TO WORK WITH, VERY PUNCTUAL, VERY POLITE AND A THOROUGH GUY. I WOULD SURELY HIRE HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: JOHN DID A VERY THOROUGH APPRAISAL AND WAS VERY FAIR. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS THAT HELPED ME GET A VERY FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR MY HOUSE.
