Description of Work: Did not call when they said they would call.When they did call,I gave them a description of the problem with the refrigerator and told me to call Sears for the repair.Apparently they did not know how to fix it.Not a good repair person!

Description of Work: Called on a Saturday morning because the fridge had stopped. Wally was there within an hour and diagnosed the issue easily and had us up and running in no time. Would definitely call again for service on any number of appliances, everyone was very helpful.

Description of Work: They replaced the circuit board in my GE Profile Refrigerator. I thought I was going to have to buy a new refrigerator but, fortunately, replacing the circuit board was all I had to do. Service man was very good to work with and explained what was wrong. Very neat in clean up and servicing. Would use again and recommend them.

Description of Work: My ice maker in my Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working and then I noticed water on the floor under the refrigerator. It turns out that the water line got too close to the compressor and melted. All it took to repair it was a coupler. They also replaced a water regulator. The service man was prompt, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: My Dryer was making a horrible noise. Sounded like a two stroke motor(weed wacker). I called there office and they setup an appointment that worked to my schedule (taking notes cable company). The Tech called me the day of the appointment and let me know he was on his way. He got there I showed him the dryer and started it up so he could hear it. 20 minutes later he is pulling out a lint ball the sizes of basketball that had collected over the years under the drum. He then explained that when this happens it causes the ball bearings to get out of line which in turn cause that God awful noise. He took my debit card and cleaned up after himself. I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

Description of Work: My stove was looked at &the gas burners were adjusted. The serviceman told me that it would be very expensive to replace the part that is going bad on a 10 yr old basic stove. He suggested to continue to use our current stove but plan on buying another stove in the near future.

Description of Work: Robert came out to diagnose the problem with my stove, and then returned when it was convenient for me to replace the parts a few days later. The fee to come out to diagnose was 39.00, (when is it that inexpensive for a house call??) but then that was waived with the repair....I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to hang around all day, but had a couple hours time window..I was grateful that I didn't have to buy a whole new stove, but that this 13 year old gas stove should be around for another 13 or so..I intend to use Central Ohio Appliance Repair ANYTIME I have a problem with appliances..To sum up: professional, efficient, punctual, affordable..Thank you!! My stove is working better than ever!

Description of Work: Their website exclaims specialization in Kenmore and Whirlpool appliances. However they outright refused to service my Whirlpool Calypso Washer. No explanation was given. So much for specialized service.....

Description of Work: Robert came out because my refrigerator was actually freezing a bunch of stuff and I was having to throw away a lot of good food. He made some adjustments to the settings and said he'd call back to see if that helped. It works great now, but he never did call me back to check up on it.
