Description of Work: My refrigerator was not cooling well and I used Angie's list to find this appliance repair company. The repair man arrived at the specified date, evaluated the situation and repaired the refrigerator. He presented an estimate if the solution did not work and instructed me to call the office the next day to report the effectiveness of the refrigerator. The repair worked perfectly and the cost was minimal, only the stated service charge.

Description of Work: We had a dryer that wasn't working. We had had two other people out to look at it and got different answers that didn't make sense. The repair man at Central Ohio Appliance Repair ran some diagnostics, something the other two repair people didn't do, and discovered there was nothing wrong with the dryer; it was the circuit breaker. One of the other repair people had actually made me pay for a new electrical panel (over $400) that I ended up sending back, thank goodness! We were so happy to have a correct answer and a simple, inexpensive fix.
