Unfortunately my washer could not be repaired because the part needed was no longer available and there was no replacement. Kind of pricey for a 5 minute job but i’m sure their rate is pretty standard. The gentleman who came was very helpful in suggestions for a new washer to purchase ( which I bought from Home Depot). Overall very pleased.

Very professional, the cost was very reasonable! I would definitely use the service again.

The technician showed up on time and was very thorough in his approach to diagnosing the issue. The parts and work needed for repair were within my abilities to repair, so I did not ask them to come back the next day and repair the issue. I repaired it myself once I knew what parts were defective.

They located the problem, replaced the mother board computer. We thought we would need a new frig as it was cooling erratically, a fan wasn't working, but their repair has put that off. Motherboard replacement fixed the fan issue.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:00-3:00pm. Called them at 3:30pm to ask why no one had arrived or called, was told they were running a couple of hours late. I kept the appointment since I had already wasted half a day waiting for them. When no one arrived by 6:30pm, I called again. Office was closed, and there was no voicemail. Thought I'd hear from them the next morning to reschedule, but no one contacted me.

Its working now....I hope it holds up.

called for repair and Jake should up stated that my fridge just needed to be reset, called the next day the fridge still wasn't cooling so they sent Jake said I needed a part which cost $323.54 I agreed part came in 2 days later he showed up installed the part well it still wasn't cooling called again Jake showed up said I needed another part and said the part was $120 + $80 for install, called central Ohio appliance repair and spoke to Robert and I told him I want a full refund he stated please let me make this right so he sent supervisor Dustin to my house he stated that I needed another part he said he would order it and he would go pick it up in Dayton and install it on Saturday June 30, 2018 between the hours of 9am-12pm, but he called and said it would have to be Monday July 02, 2018 between the hours 9am-12pm at 2pm on Monday I stopped payment on my check I then called Dustin to let him know there was no reason to come by with that part because I stopped payment he hung up on me I then called the repair company (if that what you call it) I asked for Robert but I had just miss him So I told Scott who answer the phone he sated to me that they have a team of lawyers and he hung up too so I did file a complaint with the BBB and I do plan on filing a small claim court for the return of my 75.00 for there diagnostic fee

The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He determined that my dryer needed an electronics board. He searched the Whirlpool website, but the part had been discontinued. There was nothing else he could do.

Responsive to my phone call and appointment available quickly. Tech was friendly/professional but spent more time telling me how to order the part on eBay and google for install instructions than identifying and fixing the issue. I felt that he didn’t want to fix my fridge. I spend $96 for advise. I wouldn’t have had someone come out if I wanted to do the work myself. Oh - and no follow up after I told him I wanted it to be fixed. But - after MUCH frustration spending money for nothing I decided to google and order off eBay - I fixed it myself 2weeks later for $15 - much cheaper than the $446 quoted.

The rep that came out was Jason Arthur. As soon as he got in the door he said, "Oh this place is decorated really nice." The dryer wasn't working and wouldn't even turn on. I had already checked the breaker. There was a fuse box which was the first place I looked. Before I knew it he had the top of the dryer off. It seemed like he was doing more to pad the time so he could charge more. Towards the end he finally found out it was just a fuse, he said he'd come back the next day because he didn't have the correct one on him. I ran a small load after the fuse was replaced and the drum didn't sound quite right. It sounded kind of loose. I spoke with the owner of the company about how he handled it and he agreed that wasn't the right way. I wasn't happy with the fact that he went about looking at the dryer and pulling it apart instead of looking at the fuse box first.

They really stuck it out for me with this ridiculous LG product! The ice maker broke within a year of purchase, but I could not reach any one at LG and it was during the busy holidays so it was then outside the warranty. COAP replaced it but it stopped working again. They replaced it a second time, but same issue. They sent out their trouble shooter and he figured out the problem was with the freezer switch. They are very courteous and I will use them again! Thank you!

I couldn't be more pleased. They came out and gave me an estimate. Then they ordered to parts and came right out after the parts arrived. The service guys clearly knew what they were doing which is outstanding in my opinion.

Jason, the repair person was very prompt (the window was between 9AM and 12PM). He fixed the issue and was very courteous.

Our bake element went out in our oven. We were going to do the repair ourselves and we ordered the correct part. Unfortunately, when we went to do the job, we couldn't get the screws out. We called Central Ohio Appliance at 7:30 am. They showed up at 9am. It was $60 just to get them in the door and we were charged $45 for the labor. The job took less than a half an hour and we had bought the part ourselves. The repairman would not take the Angie's List coupon, saying he was already charging the minimum for labor. The coupon states $10 off any repair. No minimum is listed anywhere on this coupon. While we appreciate how quick they responded and repaired our oven, $112 is ridiculous for less than 30 minutes of work.

I called Central Ohio Appliance Repair at 7:55 AM on 3/26/2018 to fix/replace the door switch, and do any other necessary work, on our Whirlpool electric dryer. They set up a repair appointment for 3/27/2018. The repair technician Dustin, and an assistant, came to our house on time at 11:00 AM on 3/27/2018. Dustin did an excellent job. He checked out our dryer, replaced the door switch with a new one, and made sure the dryer was working again. Dustin was very efficient, personable, and professional. He and this company also have excellent customer service. We would definitely use them again.

My son, just bought a house and he is in Afganastin, so I got him their contact and I wish I didn't now. The guy came out look at the refrigerator that wasn't cooling, the freezer was a froze up so my son's wife paid the service fee and the guy said he would be back in a couple days after it thawed out. Well 3 weeks go by and my daughter in law dad called the guy and he said ober the phone that if he thinks what it is it was going to cost 325.00. Never came out to trouble shoot the issue and basically took the service fee and ran. This is unacceptable and will be calling the GENERAL ATTORNEYS OFFICE about this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY INLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM FREE MONEY.

The repair technician Dustin came to our house on time at 1:30 PM. He did an excellent job. He checked out our dryer, did some repairs, and got it working again. Dustin was very efficient, personable, and professional. He and this company also have excellent customer service. We would definitely use them again.

Repairman stayed for 15 minutes and didn't remove a single tool from his pouch.He suggested two possible solutions, each being over $400, then spent more time filling out paperwork. my conscience wouldn't allow me to charge $64.45 for 15 minutes. Disappointing.
