They are excellent and I have been using them for years. They were very timely and were able to fix the problem. The price was exactly what they quoted.

They charged a fairly amount of money and said, "Oh, sorry we can't find parts for your items and your stuff and they left. They said well, you know we cant any of these things, you have to look for it in the internet and there is nothing we can do for you. It is kind of weird that they would do that. I actually had them come out and do some other work earlier last summer on a refrigerator and they did it properly. They got it done. They walked in and walked out in half an hour, everything was fine. But for the range and the microwave they said they couldn’t do it. They show up when they say they are going to show. But on the range and microwave they were not very helpful, it was just so odd.

The dryer broker Saturday morning and they were able to come out and repair it on the same day. Great service.

Due to very noisy washing machine we called Central Ohio Appliance Repair and they came quickly, determined that it would require a new motor which was going to cost >$500. Recommended a new machine. Only charged a minimal amount for the service call.

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the wire that had burnt out. However, the fix was only temporary due to the wire becoming detached. When I called them the next day, the technician was back at my house within two hours and reinforced his prior work. Dryer works great.

When I heard a loud snap in my dryer and it failed to tumble the clothes, I called Central Ohio Appliance Repair. They scheduled the repair for a day or two later and sent out a very nice man who fixed the problem quickly. Best of all, this company has never charged me a fee just for sending someone out. I think the price was extremely reasonable and included all parts and labor as well as travel time and expense. All services also come with a 90-day guarantee on parts and 30-day guarantee on related labor. I don't use anyone else for appliance repairs.

It went very well. Making the appointment was easy. The technician arrived on time and was professional. He diagnosed our problem,w which luckily was not an issue with the washer itself (the washer had agitated itself over a floor drain we didn't know was there, and that was making the noise). All we had to pay was the service charge, which is very reasonable. Very happy!

I called Thursday to schedule a same day appointment. I was told there was nothing today or tomorrow, and soonest would be Saturday at 9:00AM. I was told I'd get a phone call at 9:00 AM letting me know when the tech would arrive. I received a call at 12:30 stating the tech would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. I showed him my dryer, which I had already opened up and pulled out for easy access. 20 minutes later I went to check on how he was doing and he said it was all fixed and explained that a sock was stuck in one of the areas blocking airflow and that it was working fine. At that time he wrote me the invoice for the service call ($39.95) and his labor ($70) and told me what was wrong that he fixed and it should be fine. My problem is this - When I called to set up a service call, I expected prompt service, a phone call in the morning, and an ESTIMATE of the problem before deciding to just fix it himself and bill me for it. None of these happened. I would have easily paid him for the service call if he just told me the problem so that I could fix it myself and save $70 for the 15 minutes of labor he charged me. I will not be using this company again unless they are able to rectify and reimburse.

Repairman arrived on time, very professional and honest. He was very quick to determine problem, and gave his opinion as to what to do next. Thanks.

Called for repair and was put on schedule for same day. Was given a 2 hour window. Repairman called to say he was on his way. He arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Went to his van to get the part, and put new part in. He was in and out within an hour. He was very professional.

and tested. The problem did not reoccur. He could not explain what caused the issue which was fine because he did take the time to look and test. 20 minute service call resulted in a minimal service charge with trip charge. I will call upon again if needed in future.

The lady seemed like she has been doing this a long time and was very frank about not being able to help, which I appreciated. But she just hung up the phone to answer the next call. Didn't seem too concerned about my problem.

He diagnosed and fixed it in one trip. I was really pleased with him. The overall experience was excellent. He was really good, professional, and quick. The price was good. I would use this provider again.

The company gave us a window of time when the repair man would arrive and then the man called to narrow that down to a half hour period. He found the problem and said that he would have to order the part, gave us an estimate that was a little higher than we had hoped or expected, but the task would have been labor intensive. He was to return the following day, but phoned us the next day and said that after researching the installation, it turned out to be a two-person job and he could not do it. The lovely thing is that he phoned us later in the day with the name and number of another company who would be able to do the work. I thought that was a step beyond what was required professionally. Very nice man, and tried to help us solve our problem even though he would not be able to do it himself.

Didn't use them. Never got an answer, and needed to have service done on a dying refrigerator the next day, so I went elsewhere.

They came out and originally diagnosed our washing machine as a damaged balance ring. They then came out on Saturday and when the balance ring did not repair the problem, they began to look deeper. They then realized that the whole frame on the machine was bent. They gave us an estimate , which we needed to take back to the mover who moved the machine. They didn't even charge us for the 2nd service call on a Saturday because they felt they had originally misdiagnosed the problem. No fault there, it was an easy thing to overlook. Who could imagine that anybocy skilled in moving people's property wouln't know how to move a washing machine. Ultimately, the mover decided to replace the machine. Can't say enough good things about this company and their dedication to quality. Who doesn't charge you for a service call on a Saturday of all things. Call them they are great!

We have been having issues with our refrigerator and it was time to call some one. We called Central Ohio Air and they were able to come out the same day to check on the fridge. We were able to describe the symptoms of the issue to the person taking the call. The technician came out and diagnosed the issue. He had the part with him so he was able to switch out the computer board. The refrigerator is working fine now.

The experience from beginning to end was professional and friendly. The repairmen arrived right on time. The problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes ... they showed the leaking pump to me while it was still on the machine and still pouring water... and it was replaced and they were gone within 30 minutes.

The phone call was answered quickly and courteously, and the serviceman was here the next day and our refrigerator was up and running in no time. What more could we ask for! We are very pleased and would definitely use their services again.

The person answering the phone was helpful and set up the appointment for us. On the day of the appointment I was advised to call to get a one-hour window for the repair person's arrival. I did so, and the repair person arrived on time, with the office phoning me when they were on their way. The worker was knowledgeable and replaced the oven element immediately, since they had taken the trouble to ask the model number before coming and were prepared. The stove elements had to be ordered and were replaced a couple of days later. We had a great experience overall and would use them again.

One of the technicians appeared much more experienced than the other, so he directed the other worker. Took longer to remove the frost in the freezer than the actual repair.

The overall interaction with Central Ohio Appliance Repair was not great. We had problems contacting the company; we had someone say that they would come and didn't show up, and then another time they came very late or at the wrong time so there was a problem with communication and punctuality. There was also the issue with the repair, they couldn't fix the problem. Our refrigerator was too cold and was freezing things. The first time they thought that they fixed it but a few days later it was still freezing things. It was hard to get ahold of them again but they did come out and do the second repair for free however that did not fix it either. I'm probably going to call another repair company because while the problem is not as bad as it was I do not feel that it was fully fixed. I think that the problem was that they were not knowledgeable with our type of fridge and instead of finding someone that was they just kept guessing.

They were responsive to my initial call, set up an appointment for a couple of days later, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away and finished the job quickly. Since they installed the drain kit, we have had no further leaking from the freezer into the fridge. I would definitely use them again.

Rarely do you find the honesty that this company showed. They could have repaired the washer and it would have been more than the value of the washer.
