I thought that he was very professional and prompt.

They were good at figuring out the problem but after discussion we decided to purchase a new refrigerator instead of having it repaired.

Bad left washer not working and banged cabinet and bent cabinet so it was separated. See picture, it was not in this condition before he arrived.

fabulous! Two appointments total. One to diagnose and one to fix. WOrked around my schedule. SHowed what needed done and how it was going to be fixed. Works great. Reasonable pricing. Kind. Respectable. Recommending to friends and coworkers.

He fixed it and it works. He did have to come back because he didn't have the parts. I had to call and follow up, but he was able to come right out and complete the job.

It went extremely well! I was very pleased with John, the technician, who figured out what was wrong, ordered the correct parts and came back to install them. He made sure that the freezer was working before he needed to come back, so I wasn't left with a broken freezer for the 2-3 days it took to get the parts. I am very pleased and would use him again.

It went extremely well; Wally was the service technician who was dispatched by Mr. Scott, the owner. I found Wally to be very pleasant, and honest. Wally was able to get the washing machine to work. It is uncertain why the machine stopped, prior to the end of the rinsing cycle. Wally advised that if that problem occurs again, to unplug the machine, and leave the dial, at the position where it stopped, and to call the company again. Hence, if this occurs again, within the next thirty days, there will be no further charge. I was very impressed with Wally's honesty. Also, he came to my home, promptly on schedule.

The phone was answered immediately. I explained the problems I was having and asked if it was worth fixing. After a little discussion we determined it was probably not worth it to fix the machine. He did however recommend a competitor who was more familiar with my Samsung machine. He did not have to do this. I then asked him what brand he would recommend if I were to replace it. He spent a few minutes discussing options with me. He did not have to do this. I am sure he was very busy but yet he was helpful and courteous and I really appreciated his help. I will definitely call them if I ever need help. I highly recommend them.

They actually saved me hundreds of dollars by encouraging me to not repair my old freezer. He then offered several suggestions to save money on the disposal. I greatly appreciated his candor and Central Ohio Appliance Repair will be my first call every time.

Excellent company to work with. Returned our calls in a very timely manner. Showed up on time and explained in detail what the problem was and how he fixed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Ice maker installation went well and is working fine. New range purchased from another vendor.

Came on a Saturday, didn't charge extra for the weekend. Cheaper service call than other providers.. Quick, professional, told me how to prevent the problem from happening again!

I called Central Ohio Appliance Repair was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. Robert was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me a price quote. He made the repair promptly, and was friendly and courteous. He even said goodbye to my cat by name when he left :) Based on my experience with Robert I will definitely use Central Ohio Appliance Repair in the future.

I appreciate the time that was taken to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher.

Dryer was not repaired

We suspected that the drive belt on our Whirlpool dryer had broken. We called Central Ohio Appliance Repair on Tue 12/29/15. They were very courteous on the phone. We were scheduled for Wed 12/30/2015 between 9 AM and Noon with a call before their arrival. John our Technician called at 10:30 and said he was 30 minutes away. He arrived 20 minutes later. John was very courteous and professional. John, after giving me his card, quickly diagnosed the issue. We broke the drum belt and the belt idler arm on our dryer. He quoted us a price that I thought was very fair. I agreed to the repair and John went out to his vehicle to ensure that the parts were on the truck. Thirty minutes later the part were installed, the dryer tested and I was back in service. I could not be more pleased with Central Ohio Appliance Repair and their Technician John. Their service was prompt, professional and cheerful. I highly recommend them and we will use them again. Bob Grove

It worked out very good. They came the same day and John the technician knew exactly what was wrong with it. He had a part in his truck and he fixed it.

Provider was unable to schedule due to their current situation, but they referred us to someone who was able to help us out. I think this is the sign of a professional company, willing to help even if they can't do it directly. Would definately call them again.

Robert was on time. Very friendly and workman like as he addressed the situation, ordered the parts & installed them. Very professional.

I called, left detailed message including problem with 2 appliances, model numbers. I ended up talking to them and playing phone tag on 3 different calls, discussing the specific nature of the problems and when they could come out. I was very flexible on time because both appliances are working. Got a fairly rude call back message saying that he didn't have any one in the area and suggested I call another company. I live in one of the areas specifically mentioned on their website. I appreciate that you can be over taxed, but say that up front.
