THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE LINOLEUM (A), THE HARDWOOD I WOULD GIVE THEM A (B), AND THE CARPET I WOULD GIVE THEM A (D). THERE ARE TWO VERY WORN PLACES THAT THEY DIDNT GET THE DIRT OFF OF AT ALL. THE OTHER FLOORS THEY CLEANED NICELY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR HARDWOOD OR FOR LINOLEUM, BUT NOT FOR CARPETS!

1/2 HOUR LATE TO APPOINTMENT. DISAPPOINTED UPON FURTHER INSPECTION TO DISCOVER THEY DID NOT MOVE ALL FURNITURE. IT APPEARS THEY CLEANED AROUND FURNITURE. TWO SPOTS UNABLE TO BE REMOVED. DINING ROOM TABLE WAS MOVED AND NOT RETURNED TO CORRECT POSITION. CARPET CLEANER FORGOT RAKE TO RAKE CARPETS AT THE END AND PUT THE FINISHING TOUCH ON THE CLEANING.
