. Please understand that this evaluation is only for the glass department. I have not used them for anything else. I understand that they have discontinued this department. If so, I don't blame them. In the time between the estimate and installation they changed most of their personnel and it turned into a disaster. They sent two of their guys out twice and they brought warped door glass both times. Even though we had specified a door that swings both in and out they told us that it could not be done. They put in a trim piece to stop water by the door that was off by almost an inch from top to bottom. Overall, it was not good. The redeeming virtue here was that the new manager realized the disaster and farmed the job out. That person, while not perfect, did a much better job. It is now complete and with only a few problems that were created by the first two guys it is fairly well done.

Estimate was provided timely and quickly, no attempt to make additional sales which was most welcome since our need was targeted. The new doors are good quality, the installation was accomplished within a couple of hours, area left clean.

They were very nice and polite. They showed up right on time. I was home alone at the time and I felt completely safe with them in my home.

Christine came to our house to discuss the type of layout and look we wanted for the small kitchen/bar area for our basement. Within a week, she sent us a quote and a drawings of our design. During the process, we decided we needed to make the bar area smaller due to traffic flow. We also changed the type of cabinet that was in the original quote Christine did not complain once and was extremely positive to work with. She made the adjustments and got us the new quote and drawings promptly. We ordered our cabinets around the Christmas holiday, when the cabinet makers usually shut down for a few weeks. Our cabinets arrived in mid January and Carr supply stored them until our contractor was ready to install them. Christine was very professional and pleasant to work with during the entire process. I would definitely consider working with her again if we are to do any remodeling.

It was a very, very pleasant experience. They were very professional and on-time with deliveries. The installation was very good.

Carr's was recommended by a home improvement store's employee because I needed accessories for a spicket and I needed to find out what cartridge I needed for the bathtub faucet because they could not help me. The sales people @ Carr's were so helpful. They were able to tell me what cartridge I needed and explained to me step by step what I would need to do in order to do it myself. They also explained step by step how to take out the spicket and how I would fix it. The sales person was very patient and took the time to explain more than once on how to do it. Well I tried to fix the bathtub myself, but unfortunately whoever put it in there made sure it would never be taken out. I had to get a plumber and he had to take it out in pieces. Anyway, the plumber had to snap the handle off and told me I would need to get a new one as he did not have one on hand. I went back to Carr's and explained the situation to them and they were able to find out the handle model and said they would order me one. The owner (maybe, not sure who he was) was passing by and overheard our discussion and had the sales person call someone and had him ask them if they had the handle I needed, if so to have it shipped to me. I asked the salesperson how much it would cost and to my amazement there was no charge. I was absolutely grateful. I would recommend them to my friends because as a woman It was nice of them to take the time to show me how I could make my own repairs and they had the patience of Job.

I met with a salesperson, recommended by my plumber. First, be prepared for sticker shock! Everything down to the fittings was retail and above. I described what I wanted to the rep. I went with, and she showed me several fixtures. After choosing all my fixtures, she said it would take a while to order them. Then, a day later, I found the perfect fixture I wanted on-line at only $125.00. It had everything I wanted, without the inflated price, all in one unit. I found the other fixtures for my kid's bath at a local Lowe's store. The cost for that was $65, along with all the fittings! CARR'S was going to charge me approx. $750 for pieced together items that I didn't totally feel good about because they were not what I wanted, and I found the perfect fixtures the very next day, available for $198. Carr's had a big selection for even bigger budgets. To top it off, the rep. never did call me back to tell me when the pieces could be in! They have poor service to lone shoppers!

Jamie did a super job with helping us choose our plumbing products for our new home. She spent several afternoons with us. We couldn't have been more pleased with our interactions with this company. We also received a fair price for our products.
