Carpet Repair Service

around 9:00 clock they came, we left them to do the job and when we came back for lunch, they are still working. till about 1:30 to 2:00. they are done... the carpet of all room look so different.

I was reluctant to have the carpet patched, but am very pleased with the results.

Jim removed the "wrinkled" areas of carpet in the hallway by stretching the carpet in the dining and living rooms which also involved trimming the extra carpet along the baseboards and reattaching the carpet to the tack strips. He was pleasant, personable and very proficient in his work.

It went well as I desrcibed above, we were extremely pleased.

No problems and the carpet looks great for a very economical price compared to large stores.

They came in and patched the area where there was a hole. They told me how to take care of it for a couple of days and everything turned out great. Their price was very good and competitive. The service provided was really good as well. I didn?t feel like it?s a small company that I was working with since they had better customer service. I would use their services in the future too.

The service was great. He did have to reschedule once, but for understandable reason. As a result, he worked later in the evening to get me on his schedule. He was quick and very nice. I highly recommend his service.

Excellent.. I was able to schedule initial estimate appointment quickly . Jim arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgable about carpet installation and repair. He provided an estimate and scheduled the work before leaving. On day of appointment, Jim and his worker arrived on time, moved all furniture and completed repairs as estimated. He readily included an area I had neglected to tell him about at the estimate appointment. Pleasant and hard working team.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. They arrived on time, were extremely polite, wore protective footcoverings, moved the large furniture out of the way, asked for a vacuum to clean up, charged the estimated price (which was the most reasonable estimate I received) and did a great job. They were just a pleasure to work with.

Moved furniture and returned as found. The did exactly what they said they would and didn't leave a trace they had been here, except the carpet fits the room now.

We paid about $ 150 on that work. The price was right and they were prompt and easy to deal with. It was a minor repair and it was nice to find someone who was willing to do that. They did not try to sell me a new carpet.

He did a great job. It was easy to set the appointment, he came on time and did an excellent job stretching the carpet. He moved and replaced all furniture and cleaned up before he left. We would have never known there was work done except that the large rolls in our carpet were gone. I thought it was a very reasonable price to come out and do all of that work.

Just wonderfully! Jim was responsive, professional, fast and you cannot see the seams. I have no idea how he did it but you cannot see what had been an inch wide strip of missing carpet. He is a magician with carpet.

Jim came out. He was willing to repair the seam, but, at no charge to us, showed us how to do the minor seam repair on our carpet. He would not take any money for his time or travel. We will definitely call him again for for any carpet repairs or installation

Owner was responsive to initial call and visit was set up for just a couple days in the future. They were a litle late for the appt, but they did call me to tell me. Once they arrived, Jim cut holes in my light berber carpet getting rid of areas that had the color bleached out of them. I had plenty of spare carpet and he proceeded to repair each bleached area with it. It didn't take long and honesly I CAN'T SEE where the carpet was cut and replaced! I had no idea this could be done. These spots are in the middle of the room, and they are invisible. The carpet looks good as new. The service was wonderful and saved me from having to replace all the carpet as I try to find buyers for my condo. I am going to have him back to fix an area of carpet that has unraveled.

We contacted Jim on March 15th and described the problem. He made arrangements to come on March 17th and provide an estimate for the repairs. He did so and then offered to make the repairs at the same time. He did an excellent job. We were impressed with Jim and would recommend him to anyone needing carpeting repair services.

Our carpet was bubbling up in a few areas of our bedroom. I called to have this issue fixed and was given a scheduled date about 4 days out. They arrived within the hour window given. Upon entering my house, they promptly put on shoe covers which I thought was nice of them. I showed them the area that needed fixed and they went right to work moving the furniture out of the way. Less than one hour later, they were finished. Before they left they vacuumed up the mess and put all the furniture back. They were very professional and courteous. If I ever need my carpet fixed again, I will definitely call these guys back!

We had two interior pillars removed from our home, but it left two holes in our carpet. Fortunately, we were remodeling our bathroom and the carpet in the master closet was the same carpet we needed. Jim came and cut pieces from the piece taken out of the closet and cut them to fit the two holes where the pillars had been. You can't even tell anything was done to the carpet. He was very professional and pleasant and his cost was fair. He did a super job!!!

They were fantastic! They showed up on time. It was a man and his son. They are in business together. They came at the appointed time. They did the work. They had booties for their shoes. They moved the furniture. We had ordered the carpet and had it installed by another company. That company did a horrible installation job. They got busy right away. My husband had moved a lot of stuff to one side of the room. When they were done, I couldn't believe the amount of carpet that they removed after they stretched it. My husband was just over joyed. They re-did the opening in the hallway, and that wasn't part of the deal. They didn't charge me any extra! They really take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

The project went very well from beginning to finish. The repairs were made just under an hour.

It was a guy and his son. They came and gave me an estimate. They did the work the same day. We were un-willing to have the people that originally installed it come back and do the work because we were not satisfied. We were not sure the work could be done because it was an irregular shaped room. My wife was pursaded that it could never happen, but I wanted to ask a professional. They virtually re-installed the carpet. They took up the carpet about 1/4 of the room at a time. They moved the furniture themselves. It looked like a new carpet when they were done. We were extremely pleased with them. It was amazingly inexpensive.

I was very pleased with them. I did not know that they could make such a difference in the carpet by stretching it out. There were deep pockets from the previous furniture and wrinkles on the stairs, but I think we got an extra couple of years out of the carpets that came with the house.

We built our house with M/I about 4 years ago. After only about 3 years, we started noticing wrinkles popping up in the carpet. At first it was just one room, but after not too long there were carpet wrinkles all over the house, on the stairs, in the closets, everywhere, some of them stretching the length of the room and popping an inch high off the ground. Jim came out walked the house. Although some rooms had only very small wrinkles, he pointed out that the same (poor quality - my words) carpet installers probably did the whole house and it made sense that eventually all the carpeting would have wrinkles. We decided to have all the carpeting restretched. He made an estimate and we scheduled the repair. A couple days prior to the repair, he called me and said he made an error in the estimate. The price should actually be LOWER and as an Angie's list member, I received an additional 10% OFF! He guaranteed his work for the life of our carpet. On the appointed day, he and his associate came and restretched all our carpet. It looks wonderful and it is soooo nice not to be walking on top of or tripping over carpet wrinkles.

Jim arrived promptly to give us an estimate. He was very professional explaining what caused our problem and how they would fix it. He scheduled and completed the work. Our carpets look great!
