Description of Work: Restretched carpeting that Rite Rug did a very poor installation job on originally.

Description of Work: Repaired carpet at intersections were new tile had been installed. He did a great job and it looks like it is ready for the show room. I was I'm pressed by his professionalism for an admittedly small but important part of the remodeling project.

He spent time explaining options, was efficient with the time spent and had a professionally behaving crew.

Description of Work: Our carpet is 10 yrs old but doesn't need replaced yet. Last year we noticed the carpet was starting to pull away from the floor and we had numerous places that needed repair. We had been told, due to humidity, this would happen over time but that usually it would settle back into place. It did not , so we called Jim. He returned my call promptly and came out for an estimate. My intent was to just repair the hallway, but he ended up doing every room. Jim came with a helper at the scheduled time and worked several hrs pulling and stretching. The carpet looks great and they cleaned up when they were finished. I was very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call on them again. The price was more reasonable than I expected, that is why we had the whole house done. They special ordered the padding that we needed because it was a little bit thicker than what was typical. They savaged the carpet that we had so we will not have to replace it.
