The job was estimated to take 2 months, worst case scenario. It is now 5 months, and the job is not close to complete. Gary claims to have gotten sick early on in the contract, but he continued to go to other job sites while he was allegedly sick. Gary will not return phone calls, emails and will go weeks without contact because he has too many irons in the fire. He will have subs do work from time to time, but he is not at the site to supervise them and in more than one case, the work was sub par, and he is not there to have them correct it before leaving. This causes further delay, and now I cannot get in touch with Gary at all. His subs are calling me to schedule times to be in the house, and they are trying to find him to coordinate installation and payment for services rendered. I have $5,500 paid out, and about $4,000 of materials, and I'm pretty sure he has quit, but I would not know for sure since he does not return phone calls or emails, nor will he show up for work.
Description of Work: Gary and his team have been trying to remodel our bathroom for the past 5 months. They have successfully taken my checks and left me with an incomplete bathroom. See below for the gory details and email me anytime if you want to talk in person.
